Italy's new Michelin three-star restaurant is well-deserved. The entire trip to Italy was planned slowly after booking this restaurant. We chose more creative seafood dishes. Needless to say, the ingredients are of high quality, and there are many surprises in cooking methods and matching. Both of us were very satisfied with the meal. We came all the way here just to have such a meal, it's worth it! In terms of price, 180 euros/9 dishes + 5 welcome snacks & a glass of wine + pre dessert + small dessert at checkout, and an extra seafood dish was given. This price is the cheapest among the Michelin restaurants I have checked in so far.

Uliassi truly lives up to its fame. It probably is the best, most creative and inventive restaurant in all of Italy. The attention to details, the impeccable service and the beautiful beachy setting only slightly add to the quality of the food which is truly superb. The Michelin stars are very well deserved.

Nothing sensational for a 3 Michelin stars. Also I was expecting more originality in term of plate garnishing. So we thought that was overpriced, except for the wine.

In addition to the goodness of the dishes, also the service and the kindness of the staff and of Mauro Uliassi himself. We will definitely be back! Excellent!

Excellent venue, impeccable service, splendid owner full of positive energy. And the fact that he goes around the tables telling his story makes everything even more magical, I chose to go there for the first time for my birthday and I must say that they made it special. Truly splendid. 5 stars are too few, if I could I would have given even more. An experience to do at least once in a lifetime. Thanks to all the staff. And to Mauro in particular.
