Yume - Nippon Restaurant is a well-received Japanese restaurant with excellent quality in all aspects. What impressed me most was the sea urchin, which melted in the mouth.

Everything was great. A great place to eat. From the main dishes to the dessert.

Ambience is nice but food far exceeds best expectations. Malloreddus were outstanding. Grouper was a real dream delicate with a tasty texture. Cuttlefish not easy to cook as it can taste banale instead it was transformed into a class 1 serving. Even the glass of Vermentino was high quality. If you consider the high quality the value for money is unique!
