We had a perfect Christmas eve dinner. The restaurant is stunningly beautiful and the service was impeccable. We enjoyed the Chef&rsquo;s tasting menu with wine pairings and it was sublime. The sommelier is an expert and a gentleman. Highly recommend this hidden gem!

In general I don&#39;t love gourmet food but this is a perfect familiarbean between high cuisine and tradition! Surprising flavors! Super efficient but sympathetic staff making this place really unique! Super recommended and I will surely come back!

All&#39;interno di un palazzo storico, un locale elegante, caratterizzato da un servizio eccellente e da una cucina raffinata e di sicura qualit&agrave;. In particolare ho apprezzato le animelle, delicatissime e il fuori men&ugrave; (tagliolini al tartufo bianco). Il piccione da parte sua era ottimo, anche se un pelino troppo cotto e forse leggermente sovrastato dai grani di sale e dalla salsa ai pepi. In compenso i vini abbinati erano importanti e perfettamente intonati.

Inside a historic palace, a elegant room, characterized by excellent service and a refined and safe kitchen. The pig was excellent, even if a cotton was too coated and perhaps slightly overlapped with salt grains and sauce to peppers, the combined wines were important and perfectly intonated.

Very comfortable and well-treated room. Very nice staff despite late ( 14.15) arrival. typical food toscano with special mention to the bell with olives (out menu) ... coffee offered. account in the standard. to return safely.

The hotel is located in the centre of Pistoia, where you can taste a variety of drinks and pitiances from both land and sea. The service, quick, waiting for the dishes was not long. Thanks Danile for the welcome. At the next 💪🏻

It is located in a perfect square in the center of Pistoia. Staff was really nice and polite. Food was delicious. I highly recommend, for sure I would visit it again

Very good service and nice food. Much food also we couldn&rsquo;t eat all up even though it was so delicious. The red wine Fonte Tinta was really good.

The normal pizza is very good, and the glutenless pizza is very good. High corn but digestible pasta. The service was a little slow, but the dresser was very kind.

It was a nice dinner, the food was great and at that time the restaurant wasn&#39;t full and the service was excellent!
