If you want to add extra ingredients such as eggplant, 1 euro/ingredient. - Tagliere misto: Italian ham and cheese platter, 24-month Parmesan cheese, it feels like it has been opened for some time, and it tastes a bit bitter. Rosemary Pecorino cheese was sliced ​​thinly... The cooked ham didn't have much fat, so it tasted a bit dry. Parma ham, Bologna cooked ham and truffle salami were all good. Burrata cheese was added, the taste was acceptable, but the texture was too sticky, and neither of us liked it. The platter cost 15.8 euros per portion, and the extra burrata cheese was 9 euros per portion. To be honest, this Italian ham and cheese platter is actually the easiest to make mistakes. As long as the ingredients are good, just pile them up. It was really inexplicable, so the next day I went to the Italian supermarket to buy ingredients and wine, and made the platter at home. The overall taste was much higher, the quantity was sufficient, and the price was much cheaper. The rosé wine I bought was also better than the only one in this store.
