Welcoming staff who definitely care about what they do and about how guests feel. Great quality food with all local produce, home made bread. They take food and wine seriously, the wine list is full of interesting stuff and prices very reasonable when checked against the internet.Ignore reviews that mention a long wait, what we experienced were times you’d expect for something to be made fresh, nothing more. Recommend the green salad which didn’t appear on the menu but was absolutely delicious - with fennel and various leaves.Restaurant has a great spirit - our nicest evening in Umbria so far.

Locally souced food. Traditional but with a twist like the semiprecious with peanuts and salty caramel. Pork ribs could be improved by slow cooking at low temperature. Refried "erba" very tasty.
Nice environment in small courtyard adjoining a piazza. I actually enjoyed my steak more than the florentine. Steak I had in Florence.. staff were friendly. We had our table all night and were not rushed. Would visit again if we return to Perugia.
Staff very friendly & we’ll likely return. Appreciated the gratis vin santo at the end too…..
Absolutely fantastic food and service, highly recommend to anyone visiting Assisi!!
