Great place to explore and enjoy. The food quality, explosion of different taste, presentation, story, and service experience was excellent. Strongly recommend place for Toscana lovers - we will come back.

Friends had suggested we try this restaurant and we are very glad we did. The outside is absolutely enchanting. They were waiting for us outside and escorted us through a beautifully decorated room in the old world style, with beautiful frescoes on the ceiling. We descended downstairs into an ultra contemporary setting. The Sommelier was very knowledgeable and had several offerings of superb, well-aged wine by the glass. We ordered the 12 course tasting menu, and I though maybe we would not have enough to eat, since the servings were so small. I was wrong, and by the time we reached out 7th course, I was already full. I am an advanced level Sommelier with a large appetite, so the ine selection and a goal of leaving with a full stomach are tops on my list! I particularly loved the presentation of the food, and especially the rosemary scented mist we received at the table, which I was not expecting. After the initial hors d' oeuvres, The server poured hot and then cold water into the container of greens on the table. Immediately a dense mist came flowing out of the container, which was cool and rosemary scented. The mist rolled over our food, then quietly and gently dissipated. It was both beautiful and romantic, and a lovely way to start a fantastic meal. Some of the selections were a bit unusual, such as tongue, tripe, and squid innards, but they have other selections for a more traditional palate too. This is a must - do experience!
Nice dinner. Meat was experimental to a certain extend. Service was excellent. Loved the suggestions from the sommelier.
The restaurant is located in a beautiful Villa far from any town centre. The quality of the food is absolutely spot on, not for nothing they've got 1 michelin star. This isn't my first time visiting this lovely restaurant and they've just recently chamged the menu. We had an 18 courses tasting menu which is priced 210€ pp, and this is the complete menu, beverages are excluded ofc. They leave you the option to choose a shorter testing menu or à-la-carte option too.Definitely worth the experience, especially if you have a special occasion to celebrate, the staff is very kind and they're very good at explaining every dish and wine.
I booked through The Fork with 20% off ala carte. 1 day before the booking, the restaurant contacted me that the restaurant moved to a few KM from the original place!!! If you were not driving, it would be extremely inconvenience and even not able to make it!When arriving the restaurant, there was no ala carte menu!!!! Only the menu with 150 euro set. The wine list were not updated and with some attractive prices but sold out.
