I stayed at Hongze Lake Tourist Resort. I searched on Baidu and found this restaurant. It has a high rating and is quite close, just a few minutes' drive away! The boss was very enthusiastic. I ordered the soft-shelled eel, fried saury with rolls, and fried water chestnuts with chicken head rice recommended by the boss. The taste was really good and the portions were large! I couldn't finish it even though I was full!

Braised Anglerfish The signature dish of this restaurant is braised miscellaneous fish. There are more types of fish than Anglerfish, but Anglerfish is indeed the most delicious of these fish. Scrambled eggs with whitebait. Originally wanted to steam eggs, but because there were too many people in the restaurant, the waiter felt that it could not be made, so it was changed to scrambled eggs. The taste was okay. Black fish ball soup was delicious. This soup was very fresh, with black fish balls and fish bones. Scallion oil pot stickers were very crispy, crispy and fragrant.
