LuZhou TaiTai (Nan Qi)

Luzhou Taitai is my favorite restaurant to go to when I return to Hefei. There should be several chain stores in Hefei. The dishes here are authentic local cuisine. There is no plating or fancy things, but the taste is particularly good and the price is very down-to-earth. You usually have to make reservations in advance to eat, otherwise it will be difficult to get a seat.

I ate the special dishes and felt the enthusiasm of the staff. The most important thing is that I forgot my handbag in the store, and the staff returned it and kept it in time. I was very touched! I will definitely come again!

Crispy eggplant. The crispy eggplant made by Luzhou Taitai is similar to candied sweet potato. The eggplant is wrapped in sweet transparent syrup and fried until it is crispy and fragrant. It subverts the traditional way of eating eggplant and is refreshing. It is super delicious!

We stayed at Yueya Jiangnanchun Business Hotel and came here as recommended by Ctrip Gourmet. We didn't expect the place to be so big and packed. There are two floors, the third and the fifth. We went to the third floor. Maybe the prices in Hefei are not expensive. We ordered 4 garlic scallops, pan-fried buns, crispy eggplant, earthen pot roasted pig blood, dry pot wild bamboo fungus, and fresh juice for 103 yuan. The crispy eggplant was very special and delicious, but the others were just so-so.

It was past 9pm, and the restaurant was still packed with people. The coriander mixed with peanuts and sesame oil was fragrant! The Wushan tribute goose tasted good and the quantity was quite large. The braised beef tasted good and the quantity was OK. In short, it was economical overall.

The Luzhou Taitai restaurant closest to the New Government Affairs District is in Nanqi. This Luzhou Taitai restaurant is not small and you have to queue up during meal times. The only drawback is that it is difficult to park. Their dishes are large in portion and taste good, and are delicious and not expensive.

The stinky fish came out slowly, almost after we finished eating, and it was heavier than me, a northerner! There was a bit too much pepper in the whitebait soup The blueberry yam was a hard cold dish! The only compliment was that the dumplings were surprisingly good! In addition, we arrived at 7pm and waited for 40 minutes before we got a seat! Of course, if you wait for more than half an hour, you will get a 10% discount on the dishes. If you wait for more than 10 minutes, you will get a 95% discount. If you wait for more than 50 minutes, you will get a 15% discount. The waiter will give you a separate bill for the discount when you check out! In addition, I think the reason why this restaurant is so popular may be that the dishes are relatively cheap!
