Le Pecheur

Today we drove along the seaside city. In this blue and white restaurant on the seaside in Hammamet, we tasted three Tunisian delicacies. The second dish, the Brick Fried Egg Spring Roll, is a famous dish in Tunisia. The spring roll wrapper is filled with eggs, and after being fried, it tastes crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

I like the cheese and nuts here. They are almost standard in every meal. They can supplement calcium and vitamins.

Our trip to Hammamet was along the seaside city. At noon, we stopped at a blue and white restaurant with tall palm trees on the seaside. We tasted a typical three-course Tunisian cuisine. Between the soup and the main course, the second course was the Brick Fried Egg Spring Roll, a famous dish in Tunisia. In fact, this is a very simple dish.
