We thoroughly enjoyed the lunch menu&mdash;an excellent choice that truly impressed. The food was delicious and well-prepared. However, I found the pricing on the drinks to be rather steep, with the markup considerably higher than the industry norm. In hindsight, I should have inquired more about the suggested wine pairing, especially since we ordered by the glass. While the meal was fantastic, the drink prices left a bit to be desired.

Chef Francesca takes it to the next level. Attention to detail is higher than ever, as her understanding of experimental and ancestral techniques. The flavors are frank but exceptionally balanced. Cannot recommend it more. It&rsquo;s a culinary must-do when in Geneve.

The service was fast, the waitress friendly and patient. We had the mixed selection of hot and cold appetisers for four. It was a great choice and it was enough for a full meal.

For the environment of this restaurant, I can only say that the environment inside it is very spacious, there is no pressure to eat inside, and every time it is evening, the people here will become special and the atmosphere is great.
