The quality of the dinner was fine. As usual, it took a long time before we received the meals. The side dishes came when we had finished the main course. As is often the case with Fletcher, the bill was incorrect. There are many discount deals that Fletcher participates in. Too bad the staff is so poorly informed.

Since we live in the area of ​​the hotel and a nice offer 50% discount via the Fork passed by on my e-mail I decided to book once. The location is very nice and inside it is very atmospheric. We got a menu with a choice of 3 courses. Soup as a starter, main course (choice of 5 dishes), desserts (dame blanche or something tasty with coffee). The soup was tasty, we chose the black angus as a main course which was way too overcooked and the desserts were also okay. The main course does not include fries, salad etc. You have to order these separately. The bill was €80 with 50% discount. Price quality is hard to find. For us it was a mediocre ratio. The service was friendly. But with drinks €60 for the food. If you normally pay €120 for this I would really not recommend anyone to eat here. Or perhaps adjust the offer here because it does not seem to be correct.

When a restaurant offers a discount via The Fork, no distinction should be made in treatment: it was significantly different from people who did not come to eat with a discount. We rate the food with a 5.5, just sufficient. The spitzen was dry, the promised vegetables consisted of a bunch of lettuce with dressing and a very small container of mayonnaise (even less than the container of mayo at MAC, actually just enough for 1 person. The promised treat with the coffee consisted of a dry muffin and cakes, the only thing that tasted good was the kletskop, but that probably came from a packet... The service at the reception was very friendly, the service seemed seriously depressed. It is not the kind of restaurant that I would recommend to my holiday guests.

Friendly service. However, both starters and one of the main courses were lukewarm/cold. The atmosphere of the restaurant is 80s and is due for a makeover, which unfortunately applies to several Fletcher hotels.
