We always enjoy coming back to Estima, which offers fine dining at its finest, but also incredibly delicious and very select tapas that deviate from the usual tapas menu. The service is excellent yet unpretentious. Mr. Feldner advises his guests on meal choices and matching wines, explaining the origins and special characteristics of the ingredients in a very personal way. You can sense his own enthusiasm for what he does and offers. The dishes are a feast for the eyes and are small works of art presented on very select tableware. Mr. Birth often comes to the table himself, serving his dishes with joy and excitement at the guests' reactions. He likes to receive his own praise. And there is really only praise to be had. He is never short of ideas for combining and preparing foods, and with each new menu (including vegetarian options), he creates amazing, incredibly tasty creations.

A truly, truly special experience! Wonderful, imaginative creations, accompanied by attentive service, great wines, and explanations with great attention to detail! Even our special requests were more than fulfilled, and the ESTIMA team made our evening unforgettable!

The vegetarian menu was excellent, imaginative and well presented. The service was very good and extremely attentive, I still don't like the fact that the cutlery is not replaced. The ambience is good.
