A local I knew and I knew the cook since he was a kid.... But my judgment is not partly ....Food carefully treated with the products of the earth and the campaign in generalGood paper of wines Good service (I appreciate very much the discretion with which they approach the tables)....Thank you boys
A beautiful restaurant in the countryside cream with a well-running kitchen and a not-discount menu, but keeping the tradition of the exceptional egg spuming! I would just recommend that we extend the list of wines by including, perhaps, labels for all pockets.
At dinner a Friday evening with the Family, like being at the home of FriendsAll right, in a place we knew for a Frequency of the past (the Time of Nicola del Fante). Original dishes, all with a balance of tastes wisely sought and originality of matching. Egg Spum was a fantastic discovery. The duja combined with pigs and the Ravioli full of Cappone were a growing feeling, to continue with the Piccione and the Cosciotto d'Anatra. Cantina to discover, Then we got to the Pantelleria Passi, and a plausible visit to Chief Nicola and his Brigade.
If you have never gone, you must try it. It is a very warm place (the only new one all night, the girl who just arrived: not a good night, no smile, nothing... after looking up for a few minutes, She approached with a “yes?”, so much that we thought, we'd start very well!) The girl instead of taking us to the table and then served all night, very kind, sweet and super smile.Very good recommended wines. The pumps we chose then don't talk about... I didn't think a soup of cips could make my taste papillae dance at that point!!! To not talk about the cuttings with duja cream and to follow the brassed guy.What can I say if not that we'll be back as soon as possible? Really compliments!!!
