在春发和吃到了来长春的第一顿饭,早有耳闻东北的菜量大,果然名不虚传。不夸张的讲,我自己一个人连一个菜都吃不完。的确是老字号馆子饭店的时间座无虚席,既有外地来打卡的游客,也有不少本地社区的食客,菜烧的味道不错价格也很实惠。餐厅营业时间是连续的,来打卡的话可以错开饭点人多的时候,选择下午3点4点左右人比较少时来,用餐体验会好一点。吃到的最喜欢的菜是红烧肉酸菜粉,热气腾腾的好大一锅,有菜有肉又有汤,价格不贵超实惠。个人觉得比猪肉炖粉条味道好。另外饺子也不错

I ordered silk sweet potatoes, big peels, aromatherapy chicken, stewed ribs, ground three fresh, fried fat sausage, snow-mian bean paste, and pot-wrapped meat. Unfortunately, the pot collapsed tofu is gone.
一段时间不吃就会想念的地方,约朋友们来大快朵颐,但是没有办法带孩子来,环境太差了,特别吵,吵到上菜之后狂吃,吃完之后马上想走。很多老人在这里聚会,喝酒大声说话看了菜单觉得每个都想点啊,但是人少真的点不了太多,因为菜码特别大,上菜也挺快的每次必点的是锅包肉和雪衣豆沙~尤其是这里的雪衣豆沙,好吃还平价~酥肉汤酸辣口味很重,好喝素菜也好味,而且量大便宜我们三个人点了5个菜,使劲吃,最后还是剩了一半,才花了120块,这些菜够5个人吃了这里的菜基本都是需要过油的,所以很香但是多油,偶尔吃吃很解馋~
春发合,一家真正的百年老店了,听说期间也换过老板,但是东北菜的水准一直在线,应该是没换过厨师。原来破破的像国营饭店似的摆台,装修,已经看不到了,现在店面重新装修了,大妈级的服务员也没都不在了,取而代之的都是年轻姑娘,但是服务依旧一般。不过菜还是不错的,香酥鸡,锅包肉,大拉皮,雪衣豆沙,都是永恒的主题,外地来朋友的时候还是挺喜欢这里的。
春发合饭庄是长春的必吃店铺,在长春是美食的打卡地。 春发合是长春著名的百年老店,不但锅包肉非常的地道,肉炸的很是火候,糖醋汁也适当,雪衣豆沙也是很正宗。 这个饭店人很多,一到饭口必须要排队才能吃上。香酥鸡更是桌桌必点,那味道很像哈尔滨老道外的炸鸡的味道。
