春發合饭庄

在春发和吃到了来长春的第一顿饭，早有耳闻东北的菜量大，果然名不虚传。不夸张的讲，我自己一个人连一个菜都吃不完。的确是老字号馆子饭店的时间座无虚席，既有外地来打卡的游客，也有不少本地社区的食客，菜烧的味道不错价格也很实惠。餐厅营业时间是连续的，来打卡的话可以错开饭点人多的时候，选择下午3点4点左右人比较少时来，用餐体验会好一点。吃到的最喜欢的菜是红烧肉酸菜粉，热气腾腾的好大一锅，有菜有肉又有汤，价格不贵超实惠。个人觉得比猪肉炖粉条味道好。另外饺子也不错

The taste of the northeast is real. I booked a box in advance. 10 people consumed 452 yuan (including wine). I felt good. I ordered silk sweet potatoes, big peels, aromatherapy chicken, stewed ribs, ground three fresh, fried fat sausage, snow-mian bean paste, and pot-wrapped meat. Unfortunately, the pot collapsed tofu is gone.

一段时间不吃就会想念的地方，约朋友们来大快朵颐，但是没有办法带孩子来，环境太差了，特别吵，吵到上菜之后狂吃，吃完之后马上想走。很多老人在这里聚会，喝酒大声说话看了菜单觉得每个都想点啊，但是人少真的点不了太多，因为菜码特别大，上菜也挺快的每次必点的是锅包肉和雪衣豆沙～尤其是这里的雪衣豆沙，好吃还平价～酥肉汤酸辣口味很重，好喝素菜也好味，而且量大便宜我们三个人点了5个菜，使劲吃，最后还是剩了一半，才花了120块，这些菜够5个人吃了这里的菜基本都是需要过油的，所以很香但是多油，偶尔吃吃很解馋～

春发合，一家真正的百年老店了，听说期间也换过老板，但是东北菜的水准一直在线，应该是没换过厨师。原来破破的像国营饭店似的摆台，装修，已经看不到了，现在店面重新装修了，大妈级的服务员也没都不在了，取而代之的都是年轻姑娘，但是服务依旧一般。不过菜还是不错的，香酥鸡，锅包肉，大拉皮，雪衣豆沙，都是永恒的主题，外地来朋友的时候还是挺喜欢这里的。

春发合饭庄是长春的必吃店铺，在长春是美食的打卡地。 春发合是长春著名的百年老店，不但锅包肉非常的地道，肉炸的很是火候，糖醋汁也适当，雪衣豆沙也是很正宗。 这个饭店人很多，一到饭口必须要排队才能吃上。香酥鸡更是桌桌必点，那味道很像哈尔滨老道外的炸鸡的味道。
