Il Filo di Paglia is a truly sTalled agriturismo all to be discovered.... a special welcome is reserved for customers by the owner family, with a professionalism but also availability and kindness not out of the ordinary. Luigi then, the son who takes care of the Hall, is really very good at explaining in detail their original gastronomic and wine proposals with a superb taste. Super meats raised by them but also raw milk cheeses that are on par with the excellent Piedmontese productions. Unique atmosphere immersed in a Ligurian forest with only greenery around. The vote is 10 only because more cannot be given, because otherwise there would have been honors and the.... academic kiss! We can't wait to come back :)

the owner and her son two great people who make you feel at home; the food with their ingredients and their spectacular Cabannina meat so much stuff. a wonderful evening
This restaurant was a pleasant discovery, located in the middle of the green Ligurian woods, you can already enjoy a positive feeling upon arrival. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, excellent food (the cabanina meat is excellent). Good choice of wines
We arrived at this oasis of tranquility driven by the excellent reviews and the menu published on the website that promised to be delicious and inviting. We must say that expectations were largely maintained. The "stalled" chef Marco, together with his close-knit family, does not only offer a menu but a real gastronomic experience. They made us sit in a crowded but comfortable and quiet room near a stove that was particularly welcome given the humid and cool day. We started with the gourmet appetizer (all excellent but a phantasmagorical pre-dinner) and continued with two first courses, lasagnette with chard pesto and trocchioli with ragù, which we divided by mopping up the bottom of the plate using the excellent freshly baked bread. If we had stopped here we would have given it a positive opinion anyway but thanks to our gluttony we opted to also divide the "already peeked at on the web" palette of cheeses. 11 courses of splendid Caesar products at km0 accompanied by walnuts, honey and homemade apple mustard. Pure heaven. All accompanied by an excellent Ligurian Merlot. To finish, coffee and homemade lemonade. What can I say? We are people used to eating at home, often and willingly using products from our garden and when we decide to eat out it must be to taste something different or something truly worthy. Il filo dii paglia is a condensation of all this. Excellent quality, natural products and simple reinterpretations but with great impact from all points of view. All with friendly, competent staff and also available to reveal some secrets of the chef (and the preserves). Price certainly not like a trattoria but perfectly in line with the quality offered. Thanks for the experience. Vote 10 well deserved
