Had a great time at the restaurant, really pleased about the entire Normand dinner experience and hospitality. The meat was being grilled directly at the fireplace infront of you. Do try to arrive early as the tables infront of the fireplace are quite popular. Service was top-notch and friendly, I fully recommend this restaurant to anyone who passed by Cabourg.

Superb, delicious freshly-prepared food served with great charm by the chef and his staff. My wife really enjoyed a Tournedos steak grilled on the embers of a beautifully welcoming and warm log fire. My roasted scallops, served with burnt leeks and cream of garlic were also delightful. Highly recommended!

We had such a lovely evening. The staff was so attentive. We did not speak French and they certainly worked to ensure we could comprehend all of the options. Thierry was a matter of the flames in the open for fire out used to cook the entrees. He made sure to touch base with each table and never appeared rushed with the customers. The food was fantastic and the drinks were well done. We&#39;d definitely recommend and return. Thank you too Thierry and the team for a memorable evening!

We had a really good meal and the patron was a very friendly guy who explained each course in great detail. if we ever end up catching a night ferry to Portsmouth again we will definitely return to this restaurant

The food is really good, yet the staff&#39;s attitude was unpleasant. We were a group of 6 and 2 of our friends were running late. We were told they had to be there in max 20 minutes if not they couldn&#39;t order and that a gastronomic restaurant is like a train, either you hop on on time or you loose it. We also wanted the menu d&eacute;gustation which was not possible because of the hour. It was not indicated anywhere (including their website) that for the menu d&eacute;gustation we had to be there at a certain hour. A friend of mine who was with her 4 month old was told to hurry up eating cause they had to bring the next menu. We&#39;ve been to several Michelin star restaurants and have never been treated like this. An overall sub par exp&eacute;rience

The atmosphere among the staff is very pleasant, and the dishes are freshly prepared and generous.
The amenities are simple and quite elegant. Parking is very easy nearby.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable, and the food is fresh and excellent (Gravlax, day&#39;s dishes, parillada and fish and chips for children). The hotel is very comfortable, with a terrace aperitif with views on the sunset.

We booked online and they were expecting us.  We were greeted very warmly and well cared for.  We are English and there was no problem with the language barrier. The food was great as was the decor and ambiance. The staff were teen/early twenties and seemed so very nice and friendly. My wife and I agreed that we left feeling great.  We really enjoyed our experience and wouldn&rsquo;t hesitate to return X
