KOLLAZS - Brasserie & Bar

We didn't stay in the hotel but were close and finally I had the chance to attend breakfast and to be honest it was almost perfect. The buffet had a wide variety of fresh fruit, local specialities, eggs, ham, pastries and pancakes. But what was the real game changer was the service which was very friendly, that was the crown at the top and I´m looking forward to coming back again

The bread was served hot. It was the first time I had freshly baked bread in a foreign restaurant. The sauce was also very delicious. I was pleasantly surprised. I was not very hungry at night, so I ordered a saffron potato soup. It tasted OK, a little sour, probably because of the saffron. I remember that saffron is a very expensive ingredient, but this soup was only 2200 forints, which was quite cheap. At the end of the bill, a 13% service charge was charged. I felt very warm after drinking it. I had a little stomachache, but it was much better after drinking it. I like this restaurant very much. The environment and service are very good.
