我也不敢说这道菜是不是当地比较有名的一个菜品，但是吃起来有点像是甜辣的感觉，味道还是挺不错的，对于这个餐厅的环境，也是很温馨的。

Based on our meal and experience, Wein &amp; Sein, with a single Michelin star, is grossly underrated! Each course in the menu reflected perfection in presentation and taste. The creativity demonstrated and complexity achieved in every dish was brilliant!

Amazing location just over the bridge from the bear pits and on the way up to the old center of town.. Varied menu lots of choices. Excellent service. Shaded terrace. We enjoyed sushi and nice SWISS wine!

This restaurant was converted from a granary, so it was renovated from an underground cellar, which has become one of the characteristics of this restaurant. The meal is a three-course Western meal, with soup before the meal, the main course, and dessert after the meal. It is said that the price is not cheap.

We ordered crab cakes, fried potato chips, risotto and non-alcoholic drinks. The crab cakes were paired with fresh cheese sauce, which was a very appetizing appetizer. The steak was rich in flavor and tender in texture, and we had a great time eating it! In addition, The restaurant gave us a small appetizer, which was curry and boiled red beans, and the taste was very interesting. Since we had to catch a train, the waitress quickly paid us the bill and also gave us two small bottles of the restaurant&#39;s homemade steak sauce. We were so happy! We had a wonderful evening and enjoyed an unusual dinner. The salmon rolls were very unusual with a Thai influence and were superb. The handmade pasta with seafood was excellent and the fillet steak was incredible. We are foodies and were very impressed with the quality of the food. Thank you!
