Simple, not over-seasoned cooking is really delicious, just if you can ask the customer's religious beliefs and then decide whether to let the customer see the master from the water tank grab live lobsters and put live roasting on the iron plate, it will be more humane and more intimate. I couldn't order live seafood because I converted, and I saw the live lobster squeaking on the iron plate, and I felt very guilty, and I sat before the iron plate, and I was very upset to see the live lobster being put on the iron plate and then cut in half. I understand that it may be so fresh and delicious. However, it would be better and more intimate if you could ask and arrange a seat in front of the iron plate.
