Magnificent 8-course meal with a thorough, but not overwhelming wine list and terrific service. Jean Luc took the time to explain every course and allow us to set the pace. The food was exceptional, varied, and original. A perfect way to cap our trip to Sicily.

Restaurant of the elegant “Donna Carmela Resort & Lodges”. Excellent food, very friendly and professional staff; excellent service. I really appreciated the small details and I recommend the dish “A crunch, a journey”: fried pacchero in tempura stuffed with burrata and tomato, raw shrimp, boiled egg powder, ponzu sauce and lettuce cream.
