Located on the coast of Lake Okutsu, which is the dam lake of the Tomita Dam, it has functions such as tourist information, special products sales, meals, and public relations facilities for the dam. Special products include chili peppers that you can see here and there in Kagamino, rice, fruits, flowers, and processed agricultural products. The view of Lake Okutsu from here is superb. The restaurant in the building has seats in the room, but there is a seat in the place where the outdoor lake is desired.
