Michi no EKI on the edge of Lake Okutsu
Original Text
A facility like a roadside station on the shore of Lake Okutsu. You can buy restaurants and souvenirs. There are also specialty honey and chili peppers around here.
It is a tourist information center similar to a roadside station. Located on the coast of Lake Okutsu, which is the dam lake of the Tomita Dam, it has functions such as tourist information, special products sales, meals, and public relations facilities for the dam. Special products include chili peppers that you can see here and there in Kagamino, rice, fruits, flowers, and processed agricultural products. The view of Lake Okutsu from here is superb. The restaurant in the building has seats in the room, but there is a seat in the place where the outdoor lake is desired.
I was able to see it from a hill. It was very cold because there was no other visitor, probably because it was snowing in early December. You need to protect yourself from the cold.
The parking lot is not crowded and easy to enter. It was just lunch time, so I decided to eat. It was quite crowded, but I ordered it and waited for about 30 minutes to eat. The price is a tourist destination, so I think it's reasonable. Miso soup and rice were very delicious.
It is near Okutsu Onsen. The car parking lot is a little high and the view from the place is quite good. Is it good for restroom breaks? You can walk to the lakeside. It seems that you can go by car.

It's quiet in winter.

I'm gonna take a restroom break!
