Spice Bazaar

The Spice Bazaar (Turkish: Mısır Çarşısı, meaning "Egyptian Bazaar") in Istanbul, Turkey is one of the largest bazaars in the city. Located in the Eminönü quarter of the Fatih district, it is the most famous covered shopping complex after the Grand Bazaar.

It is said that it is a spice market. In fact, the things sold are similar to the Grand Bazaar. The spice market in Istanbul actually feels like a variety of bazaars, there are selling a variety of gadgets, porcelain, various dried fruits, some can indeed buy back as handwriting or something. When you arrive in Istanbul, if you want to visit the market or Bazaar, the spice market is a good choice. However, pay attention to the candy inside, don't buy too much, one is very heavy, the other is sweet to make you sad.

If you like shopping, you need to visit the Bazaar with approximately 350 shops, you’ll find everything you need. We went to get gifts for family and Turkish Delight (all flavours and freshly made daily) we got 3 x boxes (18 pieces in each hand-picked) for 90 Turkish Lira so about £10, bargain and so delicious. The Turkish people are lovely and enjoy a good haggle too so haggle away 😉

It's compacter than the Grand Bazaar, but it was easier to see. Souvenirs are also available. The outside was like an outdoor market, and there was a food market.
