Surprisingly rural considering proximity to London. Excellent cafe, interesting shop, friendly staff, easy to get close to the herd of deer. Extensive views over London, plenty of free parking.

Bedfords is a real gem. The parkland is lovely and the views stunning. I visited when I was a child and now bring my own children who enjoy the magic of feeding the deer in particular. Having the visi...
