oh my what a huge waste of money. the birthday party i took my grandchildren too was just unbelievably bad. you get the room for an hour from memory. the girl who did our room had no music and had to go and find batteries. the food was cold what tiny bit there was on the plate, the chipmunk came in for 5 minutes and gift bags were quickly handed out and we were told to leave as she had to clean up for the next one. the mother of hte birthday girl said i'm not pleased that it took 20 minutes before anything got started because you wernt organised and i'd like some recompense for that and the girl said well if you do it comes out of our wages.. disgusting. AND to expensive for what it offered
