Quartier Water Garden

What travelers say:

Interesting garden "oasis" builts within the shopping mall's dining floor.It's actually on the 5th floor of the EmQuartier shopping district, hence elevated from the street level. It's decent enough, but not spectacular.Was expecting a cool oxygenated space but sadly it's early normal. The water bed doesn't have any fishes - would have expected to have some carps swimming amongst the plans or at the very least have river bed stones covering the cement bed floor.
