M28***fz"When fortune turns, luck will come" means that when things are going well, adversity will turn into prosperity. The Lingquan Temple is full of odds and ends, with rocks growing from dead trees, waiting for the dead trees to bloom again and the mountains to turn green. This huge red zebra-striped rock has the beautiful meaning of good luck coming from stone.

ZooooooooeIt's definitely worth a visit, and you should definitely choose a guided tour. The combination of the guided tour and seeing it with your own eyes is truly breathtaking. Highly recommended. Furthermore, Zou Xiaojing, the guide, is excellent and also uses her own knowledge map database to help us better understand history.

M29***06Orange Isle holds unique historical and cultural significance, making it a must-visit in Changsha. As for the river cruise at night, it's pretty much the same everywhere, and the ticket prices are similar. If you haven't experienced it elsewhere before, you can give it a try. The Xiangjiang River cruise lasts about 40-50 minutes and includes a ticket to the Orange Isle mini-train, making it relatively good value for money.

206***56Yueyang Tower Review Ascending Yueyang Tower offers a panoramic view of the vast expanse of Dongting Lake where the water meets the sky, and a sense of its majestic grandeur, "embracing distant mountains and swallowing the Yangtze River." Its upturned eaves and corners exude ancient charm, while inscriptions and poems carry cultural heritage. The spirit of Fan Zhongyan, who famously said "be the first to worry about the world's troubles," adds even greater weight to the view. From the summit, one can gaze upon the boundless blue waters dotted with fishing boats. The beauty of nature and the rich cultural heritage blend seamlessly, making it truly deserving of its title as the foremost of the "Three Great Towers of Jiangnan." It is a must-visit cultural landmark and scenic spot in Yueyang.

oana nIt's a nice building but what makes it special is the atmosphere and the shows, search for the official programme of the different little performance and wait to see it all, they are worth the money.

M41***09At the entrance of the scenic area, some drivers offered to take you here and there for a small fee, claiming it would save you a lot of effort. I replied that coming to Gaoyiling shouldn't be about saving energy. From the South Gate to Longjibei and back, with two elementary school students, walking and stopping frequently, it took about four hours, which I managed easily and found manageable. Those who say it's tiring are generally people who don't like exercise (except for the elderly).

Anonymous userFriendly reminder: Remember to buy tickets for the shuttle bus up and down the mountain! Don't force yourself to endure the hardship! It's a great deal at 88 yuan! The road up the mountain isn't particularly scenic; it's mostly a winding, narrow road. It requires sincere prayers to climb; the incense is very strong and believed to be very efficacious. However, for someone like me who just wants to enjoy the scenery, other mountains or other places in Hengyang would be more worthwhile.

Anonymous userYuelu Mountain is truly beautiful in autumn. I was the only one there for the 3:30 PM tour, enjoying the perks of a private tour. But the tour guide was incredibly attentive, providing a thorough and detailed explanation – a fantastic experience!
