夜淡如然Visiting the Mu Palace during the day is the best time to truly appreciate its grandeur. The architectural lines, courtyard layers, and carved beams and painted rafters are all clearly visible in the sunlight, relying solely on their natural beauty without any nighttime filter. The overall scale is considerable, and as you walk around, you can feel the confidence of the Mu family, who once held absolute power in Lijiang. The highlights are the expansive views and meticulous layout. Standing on higher ground overlooking the ancient city, you instantly understand why they could rule for centuries. The downsides are the large number of tourists and the somewhat official-sounding guide signs, but these don't prevent you from taking stunning photos. Overall: Worth a visit, especially during the day to truly appreciate its scale and details.

小米粥0324The ethnic village is relatively close to the Haigeng Dam, and there weren't many tourists. The experience was decent. It houses about 25 ethnic groups, and I heard that the five ethnic groups at the entrance put on dance performances and other activities in the evenings.

Anonymous userThe ancient town is sunny and warm in winter, with endless fields crisscrossed by paths, quiet and beautiful. It is even more beautiful in spring when the rapeseed flowers are in bloom and in autumn when the rice is golden. It is understandable to charge an entrance fee, but the parking fee of 3 yuan per hour is really high for tourists staying in guesthouses!

152***15I made several herbal sachets by hand in Dawa Village, Lijiang Ancient Town Scenic Area, to give to family and friends. When choosing the herbs, I considered their preferences (one for my mother to calm her nerves, one for my best friend to repel mosquitoes), and every stitch I sewed carried my blessings. These little sachets, imbued with the essence of Lijiang's herbs and my heartfelt sentiments, are far more meaningful than any ready-made souvenir!

不一样的风采778In early winter, the ginkgo trees in Dali Ancient City are quietly putting on a "gradient color feast." Golden yellow and emerald green intertwine on the branches, concealing the lingering charm of late autumn while revealing the brightness of winter, making the ginkgo viewing period seem even longer.

🍒火红的玫瑰🕍I recently visited Mangshi and had to see the beautiful Silver Pagoda. Also known as the Meng Huan Silver Pagoda, it shares the same location as the Meng Huan Golden Pagoda on Lei Ya Rang Mountain in Mangshi, Dehong Dai and Jingpo Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It's one of Mangshi's landmark buildings and an important stupa in Theravada Buddhism. Legend has it that Lei Ya Rang Mountain is where the Buddha's previous incarnation, the Golden Rooster Ayu, practiced asceticism. The Silver Pagoda and the Golden Pagoda, two peaks shining brightly on one mountain, together form a unique religious and cultural landscape in Mangshi. 🕍 The Silver Pagoda, predominantly white, is covered in silver-white tiles that gleam softly in the sunlight, exuding a sacred and solemn aura. Standing 66 meters tall with a 46-meter diameter base, the pagoda is topped with a 2.3-ton silver umbrella adorned with 365 wind chimes. A gentle breeze produces a clear, resonant sound, as if chanting prayers for peace. The scenic area resembles a silver world, imbued with a profound religious atmosphere and unique artistic charm. 🕍 Climbing to the Silver Pagoda's observation deck offers panoramic views of Mangshi City. The city's beauty unfolds before you, with distant mountains and rivers contrasting beautifully with nearby buildings and streets, creating a picturesque scene perfect for photos. 💰 Admission: 40 yuan per person. Discounts are available for students and seniors. 🚘 Transportation: From downtown Mangshi, a taxi ride to the Silver Pagoda takes approximately 15 minutes, is affordable, and convenient.

M83***34Shuanglang Ancient Town is located in the northeastern part of Dali City, on the northeastern shore of Erhai Lake, bordering Jizu Mountain to the east. Named for its "two islands and two bends," it was an important military stronghold of the Nanzhao and Dali Kingdoms. It gathers the essence of the Cangshan and Erhai scenery, featuring attractions such as Nanzhao Folk Island and Yuji Island. Yang Liping's Sun Palace and Moon Palace are also located here. The ancient town preserves historical and cultural blocks from the Ming and Qing dynasties and traditional Bai ethnic residences, exuding rich ethnic customs and earning it the reputation of "the No. 1 town for Cangshan and Erhai scenery."

Chanel 💃The show was pretty good. We bought Class A tickets for 360 yuan each and two for 720 yuan. We were seated in the middle. The visuals were fantastic. There were also many foreign audiences who watched the show. It really embodied our national culture through the show. Yunnan Impression is definitely worth seeing when you're in Kunming.
