I feel that the boss should be Chinese, but the big brother on duty during the day at the front desk can speak English, but the front desk at night can't speak English, and can only communicate through a translator into Laotian. Hygiene: The hygienic conditions are good. We stayed for three days and there was no cleaning in the middle, but we will give you replacement napkins and mineral water and some things you want. Materials, but to be honest, it is the level of a B&B hotel. Don't be too picky about this thing. Environment: The environment is good, but if you like quiet, it's not good, because the night market will be very late, and the entrance of the night market will block the whole road, you will feel very depressed, although you can come in from the alley next door, but the experience is still not very good? Now the foreigner street of the night market will be closed during a specific time period, so there is no way to get back by transportation. Service: Finally, let's talk about the service. The hotel itself does not provide any services except accommodation. If you want to book a car or rent a motorcycle, you can go to the small pavilion on the right side of the hotel entrance to find the big sister inside. He provides various services such as chartering, car rental, and motorcycle rental, and you can pay with Alipay, WeChat and credit cards. But remember to bargain. He quoted us 100,000 yuan per person for the car we went to the train station at the beginning, but in fact 50,000 yuan per person would be enough. Summary: If you like the hustle and bustle and don't have too high requirements for hygiene, then this place is your best choice, it is full of the atmosphere of local life. You can eat in the yard, I barbecue and chat with friends, you can also stroll in the night market to choose what you like, or go to the morning market and give alms in the morning. Go and see the life of this city in the early morning, but if you like quietness, then I suggest you consider other places, because this place is really noisy, and it is very noisy most of the time during the day. Because it is opposite the food court. Ah, finally remind everyone that you must rent a motorcycle close to your hotel, otherwise every time you return the car, you have to walk back in the hot weather or call a car back, which is very inconvenient. This hotel is located in a closed street, even if you call a car, you have to walk a distance. To be honest, it is still very painful in the hot afternoon. Then when renting or chartering a car outside, you must remember to bargain. I found that Lao people still often like to quote high prices to Chinese people. Maybe they guess that we Chinese will bargain.

What a find! Away from the main street although easily walkable to the night market and bars and restaurants. Carefully prepared breakfasts which we both enjoyed. Rooms are large and individually decorated, cleaned daily. Really loved the beautiful decor. Service was excellent. Any query was answered fully and suggestions for activities and restaurants given if and when required. There was a lovely pool area with beds and chairs too. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel for families or couples.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The Mekong River flowed right in front of the hotel, and the location was perfect. The hotel seemed to have just been renovated and was beautiful, like something out of a movie.　The room I stayed in was somewhat dark because the window and rain-shutters couldn't be opened, but it was not a big problem.

Restaurants are nearby, making it very convenient for both travel and dining. The hotel facilities are complete, the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was odor-free. The service was excellent. The owner, who is Chinese, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He was also very proactive in answering any questions. If I have the opportunity to visit this area again in the future, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

I can only say good thing about this hotel. Location is great. It is just a few feet away from the night market. Service from Sai is exceptional. The hotel feels like you are at the comfort of your home. The price is cheap and i got upgraded in the second floor. My only problem is the internet as it is not stable sometimes. And I hope they serve bottled water as complimentary water and not a tap water.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. Room is spacious. Staff are friendly, even though we had some miscommunication about early breakfast. They kept our luggage for 2 days, which was wonderful for us to travel light dure a 2 day tour

This is a small, newly opened hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast, while limited in variety, was delicious. The rooms were clean and tidy, and they even gave you a small fruit basket on check-in day. 🥭 Each room has its own small balcony with a view of the street outside. It was a truly unforgettable chill trip! I hope to do another slow-paced trip someday!

Very nice and cozy two-story room. Temple view from the windows! On the first floor there is a shower and a separate bath, a table for tea ceremonies and 5 windows! On the second floor there is a bed under the roof. Everything is made of beautiful wood. Didn't like the service: on the second day they brought a second set of toothbrushes and combs, but did not give a bottle of water, although it is free in all hotels. Also, if the room door slams while you are smoking at a table outside, and the key remains in the room from which the electricity works, you will need to go to the administrator and ask to open the room. The second time the administrator brought us a second key to the electricity so that it would remain inside. We were upset that the reviews said about breakfast, and on other platforms for booking this room - super suite, breakfast is included in the price, and on trip.com it is not included and there is not even an option to pay for it separately. And there is no breakfast, although in other applications the price is the same, but it is included. As if this is a punishment for using trip.com. We also rented a room for a day, and then extended it for two more in the same app, but they knocked on our door twice to clarify whether they would extend the room, because we had not yet checked out, as if the administrator did not display information from trip.com.

I stayed in this hotel for the second time, the location is very convenient, next to the hotel there's a grocery where you can buy anything you may need and you can walk to the night market and many attractions of the city. the staff is very nice and helpful. breakfast is simple but good.
