Upon entering my room, I immediately felt something was off with the bedsheets. There was a somewhat recent stain, and the smell confirmed they were definitely not clean. The towels were grey, making it impossible to tell if they were clean or dirty. I was too exhausted at that moment to bother complaining or calling housekeeping. And true enough, the very next day after sleeping there, I developed herpes on my thigh.

Good location, just 5 minutes walking to duta mall and tou can go around menara pandang, pasar terapung, patung bekantan like just 10 minutes walking. This is my second time stay here and always be happy customer cauese all the staff very helpful and nice.

GGuest UserAt first I was a little hesitant because I saw the reviews, but after trying to stay for 1 night, it turned out to exceed expectations, so don't hesitate to stay here, check in and check out is super simple, no hassle, as long as you have an ID card (KTP or something), the rooms are quite clean, the service very friendly and polite, the car/motorbike parking area is spacious, free and safe, there is a fence/security guard, there is a shared ATM, there is no noise so it's really nice to rest, ordering via the application happens to get another discount promo, next time I will definitely stop by and stay here again ....tks.

RRp13Often stayed here for my flights. Overall good, it was pretty clean. But this time i stayed there were several little bugs in the room, i called the staff and they took care of it quickly.
So definitely will be back staying at this hotel.
