The curtains literally fell down as soon as I tried to close them. They fixed the issue up pretty quickly but I’m surprised nobody noticed them barely holding up in the first place. The issue was fixed pretty quickly by staff though. Pillows are too tall and the door and the landline have lights that turn on for very extended periods on occasion. Other than that, my stay was fine. A bit on the pricey side considering the amenities are somewhat minimal.

Perfect place for solo travelers. 20 minutes Uber ride from Airport and Corniche. The hotel is located in a vibrant area with a good selection of ethnic restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Overall clean & Good place to stay.
Just some findings, Extremely high Queen size bed has surprised us , inconvenient to us as one is below 160cm height & another is having pain on legs!
Limited amenities :
Only 1 body shampoo-shampoo-conditioner .
No tissue papers provided , only toilet paper rolls are available

Location is good, close to many restaurants, Lulu supermarket, and grocery stores. However front desk service lady was uncertain about many things and just answered ”i dont know”. Valet guy was helpful like an angel. Apartment was clean. Washing machine washes but wont spin and those clothes wont dry in your room. Cleaning team does good job. Front desk only provides one key for two guests. Breakfast Buffet was just okay.

It was a nice hotel, good for it's price. Unfortunately this hotel doesn't have parking lot. So if you're renting a car then this hotel needs to be avoided or you need to spend more on hourly parking.

Clean and affordable. There is a great pool area and outside chilling spot. Staff were kind and helpful.
You have to manage your own luggage and the location of the hotel is about 20 minutes from abu dhabi city center.
Overall, I had a lovely stay.

The breakfast was good, but almost every day, the waiter could ask for hot drinks and omelettes. The room is quite large and can accommodate an extra bed. The public parking lot in front of the hotel is close to the city. There is a big shopping mall nearby. The front desk is 15 minutes away.

The bed in the corner room at the third floor stinks even if the bedhseets were clean and new. Wasn’t able to sleep because every time you toss and turn, the bad smell is there. I hope they can do something about it.
Otherwise, service is top notch, hotel is in a very ideal location : close to all the attractions at Yas Island. The bus stop for Yas Shuttle is right outside too.

Very nice and clean hotel in area surrounded by small grocery, convenience stores and restaurants. Excellent internet speed in the room. Staff helped with luggage during check-in and check-out , and they also had luggage hold service.

They have a lot of clubs here which was off putting but staff are very helpful and friendly.
Pictures are deceiving, so we got upgraded to a suite but it didn’t have a microwave which was a shame.

KKawinradaThis is my second time staying at this hotel, and the service remains excellent! If you're driving, the staff offers valet parking, though there is a daily fee of 25. The rooms are good and even come with a washing machine. Both the housekeeping and front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Overall, everything was great, but there's no pool on-site. We had to use the pool at another hotel. Despite this, my overall experience was very positive.

The location is close to security next to the duty free area, the people are really nice and always willing to help, the are available 24/7 at the front desk and even helped me with my bag to my room. The room was cozy and nice with AC, perfect for a short stay

GGuest UserI booked the hotel one hour before arrival , I arrived but the did t find my booking and I had to wait and wait.. finally after 75 minutes I checked in , the room is nice and the view amazing , but quality of bed and sheets are average , shower darin Was blocked , but it’s only one night . So what :)
