As the highest peak in South China, Mao'er Mountain's snowscape is already breathtaking, but when it encounters the stunning sunrise, it becomes an unforgettable visual feast. At five in the morning, in the chilly mountain wind, I and a group of sunrise chasers waited at the summit. As the orange-pink clouds spread across the sky, the slumbering snow-capped mountain was instantly awakened. The pristine white peaks were edged with gold by the sunrise, softening the stark rocks. In the interplay of light and shadow, the mountain's texture flowed like a moving oil painting. Frost clung to the branches, shimmering like diamonds in the morning light. The snow beneath our feet reflected the colors of the sky; every step revealed a new scene, and every glance upwards brought a new surprise. As the sun fully rose above the mountains, a sea of ​​clouds surged beneath my feet, and the distant, layered peaks appeared and disappeared in the interplay of snow and light. At that moment, all the cold and weariness transformed into an overwhelming sense of awe. The snow on Mao'er Mountain is not the harshness of the north, but the gentle grace unique to the south; the sunset on Mao'er Mountain is not the splendor of the seaside, but the grandeur of a mountain peak. This encounter was nature's most generous gift, making me realize that Guilin in winter offers more than just mountains and water; it also boasts the boundless beauty of this summit of South China.

It feels pretty good, but it rained on the day of the trip, so it was not very convenient to go up the mountain. The top of the mountain is worth seeing. I recommend you take the cable car up (because the way up the mountain is more strenuous). The cable car can go directly to almost the top of the mountain. Then walk a short distance to the top, surrounded by clouds and mist, and the scenery is nice.

The air in the mountains is especially good! The vegetation in early summer is lush and green, and the lake is quiet. Although the waterfall is not particularly large, the water flow is very vibrant! In addition, not far from the waterfall, there is a hot spring bath for foot bathing. There are not many tourists in the Baoding Waterfall Scenic Area, which is definitely a good place worth visiting

Danxia landforms are particularly popular among travelers. Especially the Danxia landforms in the northwest have attracted many people. There are also several famous Danxia landforms in the south. Bajiaozhai in your total resources is one of the most typical and beautiful Danxia landforms.

The 80 yuan pass is a great deal; it's valid for three villages—Jinkeng Dazhai, Ping'an Zhai, and Guzhuang Zhai—and expires on the same day. If you have plenty of time, you can explore at your own pace without rushing. It's excellent value for money.
