Amman Citadel is located on a hill in the center of Amman, the capital of Jordan, where the high elevation offers a view overlooking the dense houses and winding streets of Amman's old town, making it an important site for understanding the history and ancient civilization of Jordan. The site preserves architectural ruins from the Roman, Byzantine, and Umayyad periods, with historical imprints from different eras layered on top of each other, turning it into an open-air history museum. The tall stone columns and massive foundations within the citadel remain clearly visible, showcasing the grandeur of ancient Roman architecture. Rainbow Street is very popular with local young people and young tourists, and there are many cafes and restaurants on both sides. The street has a relaxed atmosphere. The number of people increases as it gets late, but because it is an Islamic country, they don't drink so they don't make noise, just music, chatting, and smoking hookah.Amman · 81.6 km from Umm Qays

The Castle was constructed between 1184 and 1188 by the nephew of the Muslim military leader Saladin. Saladin fought against the Christian military during the Crusades in the 12th Century. The strategic location of the castle enabled Saladin’s army to look out across the Jordan Valley for invaders. The Castle was once only accessible via a drawbridge until 1214 when a new gate was built. Pigeons were used in order to transport messages to the army from the castle. Since the Crusades, the Castle has undergone a number of invasions, rebuilds, and earthquakes which has left very few original 12th Century features. Visitors can learn more about the castle’s history in the museum located on-site.

"Jerash" is a building site from the period when ancient Greece and ancient Rome ruled Jordan. It is located on a hillside not far from the city of Amman, Jordan. Standing on the hill of Jerash, you can overlook the city view of Aman. It was built in 300 BC and took nearly 100 years to complete. The stone pillars mixed with Roman and Greek styles are majestic and tall, standing in rows. On each stone pillar, the remains of the colonial period are engraved on it. Seeing the ruins of Jerash will remind you of the once prosperous Old Summer Palace. The difference is that the Old Summer Palace was a man-made disaster, destroyed by war and looting, and Jerash was destroyed by an earthquake. As a historical site, it is worth visiting. There are some interactive projects inside, such as the Roman chariot experience, but unfortunately there is no Chinese tour guide, and the local tour guide's English is not very good, so it is recommended to do homework before going and make up for the historical knowledge. Overall, this trip is still rewarding.
