Lake Victoria

Lake Victoria spans Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania, with a vast surface like an inland sea. Standing on the shore in Entebbe, you can barely see the opposite side. This body of water is also the source lake of the Nile. The water flows out from the Jinja area in Uganda and heads north, forming the upper reaches of the Nile. The lake is rich in fish and water birds. The Ugandan side of the lake is adjacent to the capital, Kampala, and Entebbe is the main gateway for tours of the lake region. Taking a boat tour of the lake is an iconic experience here. The lake is calm in the early morning, perfect for birdwatching, and at dusk, the sunset dyes the water golden red as fishing boats return in groups. Boat tours departing from Entebbe also pass by the equator marker on the lake, a ritual of crossing between the Northern and Southern Hemispheres that draws many visitors.Uganda · Entebbe

The Tomb of Subi, also known as the Tomb of the Buganda Kingdom, is a world cultural heritage. It is said to be the largest thatched mausoleum in Africa, built in the same way as the traditional reed bark houses of the local Buganda people. In 2001, the original thatched mausoleum was destroyed by an inexplicable fire, and now tourists can only watch around the surrounding auxiliary buildings during the visit. It is far from the city, and you need to take a motorcycle to get there.Uganda · Kampala

Murchison Falls tourist attraction is located in Murchison Falls National Park in the Nwoya District of northwestern Uganda. It is one of Uganda's natural views and one of the most spectacular waterfalls in the world. Situated on the White Nile, the river flows through a narrow rock crevice, where a channel only approx. 7 m wide compresses the massive volume of water before it plunges down approx. 43 m, creating a deafening roar and rising mist—a truly stunning sight. The national park here is one of the largest in Uganda, featuring vast tropical savanna, forest, wetland, and river ecosystems. Visitors can not only head to the viewing platform at the top for a close-up view of the rushing water, but also take a boat cruise along the White Nile to the bottom of the falls to admire this magnificent view from different angles. Along the way, you can also see hippos, Nile crocodiles, elephants, buffalo, and numerous water birds, making it one of the most popular wildlife viewing routes in Uganda.Uganda · Nwoya

Uganda🇺🇬【Equator】 Uganda is one of the African countries that the equator passes through. Its equator is located along a highway in the central part of the country. Tourists often take photos in front of the roadside signs (marked "Equator" and "Uganda"), experiencing the unique feeling of having one foot in the south and one foot in the north. There are monuments and scientific demonstrations (such as the direction of water flow) to illustrate the characteristics of the Earth. Address: X2VP+M6, Plot 24 Kikutuzi-Mpigi District, Kayabwe, Uganda Transportation: A round trip taxi costs approximately US$100. Uber shows a one-way trip from Entebbe to US$190,000 and from Kampala to US$140,000. Hours: 7:00-20:00 Admission: US$20 (includes water vortex demonstration + certificate)

My tour at Murchison was exceptional that I had a great reception in addition to the time with the different" wild animals "; lions giraffes wild pigs, elephants among others... The view of the rainbow at the water fall made it more memorable.
