Things to do in Tongling

Yongquan Town and Jiubao Hot Spring are my favorite places. They offer healing for both body and mind, with natural hot springs. In autumn, soaking in the pools and watching the maple leaves fall onto the water washes away all your fatigue.

This time, I chose a 6-day, 5-night itinerary to visit Jiuzhaigou, Huanglong, Emei Mountain, Leshan, Dujiangyan, and the Panda Base in one trip, saving me the trouble of planning the route myself. The lakes in Jiuzhaigou have rich and varied colors, and the travertine pools in Huanglong are very unique. The scenery is truly impressive.

After a long and tiring journey, I was fortunate to find this gentle haven. The clean room, soft bed, and warm, attentive service offered respite from the outside world, providing a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle. Outside the window, a gentle breeze and the glow of the sunset graced the space; inside, relaxation and tranquility prevailed. This trip was truly worthwhile; I look forward to returning.

During the Anti-Japanese War, it should be the period of the Wuhan Battle. The Japanese bombed this place. Now these remaining houses have not been repaired. There is only one resident in the whole street.

I stayed in a hotel next to the hot springs. The hotel environment was average. I went to the buffet, which had very small portions of Jiangnan dishes. I went to the hot springs at night. I brought my own swimsuit. The hot springs were pretty good, and there were many pools. After taking a bath, I went to the hotel to rest.

Fenghuang Mountain is located in Tongling City, Anhui Province. It is a 4A-level scenic spot and a provincial scenic spot. It is known as the "No. 1 Mountain in Bao'an". Fenghuang Mountain is 678 meters above sea level, with lush trees and beautiful scenery. The Fengyan Ancient Temple on the mountainside is dedicated to Guanyin and is very popular. The whole Bao'an scenery can be seen from the top of the mountain. It is a good place to climb mountains to cleanse the lungs and pray for blessings.

Tianjing Lake in Tongling City, Anhui Province is located at the foot of Wusong Mountain, in Tianjing Lake Park. There is a well in the lake that "reaches the sky above and the sea below", named Tianjing. The lake is named after the well and the park is named after the lake. Tianjing is a wonder located in Tianjing Lake Park. Due to the underground spring, it is about 2 meters above the lake surface all year round.

The Tongling Museum is very rich in content. It mainly presents the copper culture of thousands of years, its development and history. The ancient copper culture has exquisite craftsmanship. You can only learn from it. The Tongling Museum also has a book bar. It is very good. The scenery is also good.

When you go to Fushan in Anhui, you can not only see volcanic rocks, religious relics, and landscapes, but also cliff carvings. The Fushan cliff carvings are mainly distributed in three places: Jingu Rock, Huisheng Rock, and Zhanggong Rock. In addition, most of them are scattered along the road. The stone carvings in these large areas are mostly poems and inscriptions left by literati.

A quiet scenic spot with no tourists and plenty of parking spaces. It tells the story of those who once dedicated their youth to the motherland.
