The car pick-up instructions were clear. We waited for the car at the designated location, and after about 10 minutes, a shuttle bus took us back to the store to pick up the car. The procedures were quick, and the staff were very helpful. They provided a phone seat and charging cable. The car was very new, with only 980 kilometers on it. It performed well and was fuel-efficient. Returning the car was very convenient and smooth. They even took us to Terminal 1 airport!

The vehicle was of good condition, and the pickup process was easy. The person picking it up was kind and helpful. The part I was most satisfied with was that they handled the return process reasonably, even though I unexpectedly went slightly over the time limit. The car rental company delivered exactly what was advertised; I received the correct car model as booked. The staff were helpful and communicated in English and Chinese. They offered airport pick-up service. The rental prices were good, and picking up and returning the car was convenient. I recommend them if you're interested in using their service.

The ride was great, our assigned driver was punctual and even sent a message the night before our scheduled trip of 7am the ff day, this exceeded our expectations since the platform's info was we will be receiving a chat from the driver at 5am the day of the trip. Receiving the chat the night before was very assuring. We also consider this a commendable option to us since it was cheaper that sending our luggage that would cost at least P2,000 more with our currency. (Luggage delivery costs P7,000 plus for 2 luggages) It was very convenient and our ride was very smooth. You mqy want to check this airport transfer offered by trip.com for your Nagoya trip and other trips. The car was less than a year’s old as described in the booking. Mileage was low. It was very clean on pickup and the service staff offered umbrella to be placed in the car. The service staff explained and went thru the car in details. The BYD Sealion6 is a good SUV and very efficient in fuel consumption.

Kim Young-bin was an excellent driver. He took his time to message me via WhatsApp so we can have direct communication. He actually wanted to arrive earlier than scheduled, but we had to beg off to maximize the time we had left in Korea. But when our scheduled time came, he still arrived 15 minutes early, which was impressive. He helped us with our luggage and gave us time to do our last-minute washroom breaks before heading out for our 1.5hours drive to the airport. The ride was smooth and not once did I notice that we were overspeeding--in fact, he was a careful driver and I observed him maintaining a safe distance from other vehicles on the expressway throughout our journey. And when we arrived at the airport, he chose a drop-off point where we could comfortably disembark without hurrying or obstructing other vehicles. He was also very courteous and we did not have any communication issues as he spoke English well. He bid us goodbye very politely, too. Thank you, Kim Young-bin!

The vehicle was in good condition, very clean, and considered new. Although there was a tire blowout midway through the trip, the rental company handled it quickly. While it took a little time, the outcome was still okay. Trip.com also processed the claim quickly and efficiently. Thank you to the rental company and Trip.com! Before returning the car, I filled up the tank at a gas station 4 minutes away, paid the ETC fee, and then took the shuttle bus to the airport. Very convenient. All the staff were friendly, including the young shuttle driver from Hong Kong. Their first location was in Osaka, the second in Narita, and the third will likely be in Haneda. Next time, I might pick up the car in Osaka, explore Japan at a leisurely pace, and then return it in Tokyo. A young company, but the service is excellent. 👍
