Things to do in Tiandeng

The He-Na Expressway from Jingxi to Napo is 124 kilometers long and is a typical karst mountain area. It is known as the most beautiful highway in China, a world-famous highway, and a must-visit route for self-driving tourists. The scenery along the way includes the Gulongshan Bridge Group, which crosses the Tongling Grand Canyon, the Gulongshan Grand Canyon, and the Sandieling Waterfall, three major scenic spots, where you can enjoy the canyons, caves, waterfalls, flowing water, and mountains; the frontier fairyland town - Jingxi, a livable city, and a paradise city for self-driving tourism; the 100 large bridges - crossing three mountains, the British "Mirror" called it "the most beautiful road in the world."

剑龙山这地方可真不赖！远远望过去，山峰一排排跟巨龙背脊似的，石头缝里蹿出来的松树歪歪扭扭的，活像龙鳞上长的毛。太阳一照，整座山金灿灿的，跟镀了层油似的发亮。山道弯弯绕绕，石板路磨得能照见人影，踩上去脚底板凉丝丝的。半山腰那棵老槐树少说也得三四个人才能抱住，树底下总歇着挑山工，扁担往地上一杵，汗珠子啪嗒啪嗒往青苔上砸。最绝的是山顶的云海！白茫茫的雾气跟煮开的牛奶锅似的，风一吹就露出底下黑黝黝的悬崖。有个铁匠铺改的茶摊，老板拿山泉水泡的野茶，苦得人直咧嘴，可回甘能甜到嗓子眼儿。山脚村民都说这山有灵性，下雨前山顶准冒白烟。

The off-season experience at Detian Waterfall was fantastic. Although the waterfall had less water flow, there were no queues or traffic jams. Taking a boat to the bottom of the waterfall was a great experience, and there were also many Vietnamese tourists on the other side.

The scenic area was beautiful, the itinerary was well-planned and reasonable, and the experience was fantastic, exceeding expectations. Driver Zhu drove steadily and safely, skillfully and reliably, with a warm and enthusiastic attitude and excellent service. We had a wonderful time and would definitely choose this company again for our next trip.

The river water is a vibrant green, contrasting beautifully with the distant mountain peaks. The karst topography is evident, the waterfalls are small and exquisite, and the area is home to ethnic minorities with rich cultural traditions. The environment is serene, and the natural resources are well-preserved. Overall, it's a great place.

It was quite fun. We arrived right at closing time, and there were almost no people left, it felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was quite cold and slippery inside the Dragon Palace, so definitely wear pants if you come. It's also humid and hot inside the Dragon Palace, so bring a fan.

First, find a guesthouse to stay in, then buy tickets online; buying a day in advance can get you a discount. Take a boat trip; there's a young female guide and a boatman to ferry you (all electric, of course). The young woman explains the scenery along the way; it's beautiful on a sunny day. The Fish Scale Dam in front is worth seeing; it's very photogenic. On the way back, walk slowly and leisurely to experience the Zhuang culture; it's quite nice.

Tongling Grand Canyon is a worthwhile attraction, boasting a diverse landscape including canyons, caves, streams, underground rivers, and waterfalls. The scenery is beautiful, and it's quite cool inside, noticeably cooler than outside, which is very comfortable. After walking a long way, we finally saw the waterfall, which was quite impressive. The best part was the cave beneath the waterfall; the scenery was unique. It's best to bring a disposable raincoat, as it gets very wet inside, like it's raining. I got completely soaked just taking a few photos. Dongnayu Bay is also decent. The first part is for boat tours; it's a river with clear water typical of subtropical and tropical climates, but there's not much else to see. Further in by land, there are some nice views, making it suitable for rafting, although that activity hasn't been developed yet.

It was a very interesting scenic spot. The only downside was the long hike downhill at the beginning. Paddleboarding was much more fun; you could paddle at your own pace and stop to take photos and rest at scenic spots. If you're a beginner, don't worry, just imitate the classic paddleboarding postures of the boatmen nearby, and you'll learn in no time. The return route was well-planned, and I had a great time.

I visited Qingxiu Mountain in Nanning during the Spring Festival. The weather was comfortable, and the scenery was beautiful, especially the bougainvillea area, which was incredibly photogenic. It was very crowded during the holiday, and there were queues for the sightseeing bus. After the performance, it was difficult to hail a taxi as you walked out with the flow of people. It's advisable to find a shared electric scooter nearby in advance, as it's faster.
