Morioka is the largest city among the three prefectures in the northeast, but its population is not as large as Aomori's. The population loss is still going on. The children and the elderly left behind, while the young people are rushing to the big cities to pursue their dreams and opportunities!
In Morioka, which is built on the ruins of the castle, time seems to stand still every day!

Takematsu Park in Sakura season is an enchanting vision of natural beauty. The park's landscape transforms into a dreamy canvas, dotted with the delicate, pale pink of cherry blossoms. The Takematsu Pond, under the floral canopy, reflects the mesmerizing scenery, amplifying the magic. Visitors are treated to a spectacle of petals gently raining down, creating a soft carpet underfoot. The tranquillity of the park, punctuated by the occasional chirp of a bird or the soft rustling of leaves, is a serene escape from the hustle of city life. Whether you're a nature lover, a photographer, or someone seeking tranquillity, Takematsu Park during Sakura season offers a truly unforgettable experience.
