Our driver arrived early! He assisted with our luggages and we had ample space in the van.
The car rental process was very quick, and they didn't try to sell you insurance. Returning the car was straightforward; they just glanced at the fuel gauge. There was no young driver fee either. The only downside was that the Sydney airport shuttle was a bit of a walk, which was tiring with luggage.
The service was great! The driver is so friendly and I feel safe even it is my forst time in that country with a very comfortable and clean car. I will surely book with you again with my next trip!
The car rental experience was excellent. I rented a brand new car with only 63km on it. Having never driven a hybrid before, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. The car was very clean. The service throughout was also excellent; the staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining all the features to me. The only downside was a slight delay with the airport shuttle bus, but I discovered that the airport shuttle wasn't actually part of the rental company's service.

Very good and driver well mannered
The car was spotless when i picked it up, it drove well considering it’s a small vehicle. I was using it while traveling for 3.5weeks & it gave me no issues. Would definitely recommend/book again.
The ride was great, our assigned driver was punctual and even sent a message the night before our scheduled trip of 7am the ff day, this exceeded our expectations since the platform's info was we will be receiving a chat from the driver at 5am the day of the trip. Receiving the chat the night before was very assuring. We also consider this a commendable option to us since it was cheaper that sending our luggage that would cost at least P2,000 more with our currency. (Luggage delivery costs P7,000 plus for 2 luggages) It was very convenient and our ride was very smooth. You mqy want to check this airport transfer offered by trip.com for your Nagoya trip and other trips. Just remember to follow the advice of the platform to remain the conversation in the platform and avoid outside means of communication. Hope this could help.
Was picked up at the airport relatively quickly. Car was good. But picking up car experience was poor. There were some scratches at the rear windscreen, front bumper and side wing mirror however the service agent refused to indicate in the car checklist or let us indicate it. First time encounter such service. So ended up taking many photos in case of disputes. Thankfully, all was smooth during return and the staff were understanding. Managed to get the deposit refunded within 5 days. If not for the negative car collection experience, all would be excellent.
Kim Young-bin was an excellent driver. He took his time to message me via WhatsApp so we can have direct communication. He actually wanted to arrive earlier than scheduled, but we had to beg off to maximize the time we had left in Korea. But when our scheduled time came, he still arrived 15 minutes early, which was impressive. He helped us with our luggage and gave us time to do our last-minute washroom breaks before heading out for our 1.5hours drive to the airport. The ride was smooth and not once did I notice that we were overspeeding--in fact, he was a careful driver and I observed him maintaining a safe distance from other vehicles on the expressway throughout our journey. And when we arrived at the airport, he chose a drop-off point where we could comfortably disembark without hurrying or obstructing other vehicles. He was also very courteous and we did not have any communication issues as he spoke English well. He bid us goodbye very politely, too. Thank you, Kim Young-bin!

The car was perfect. For a little extra, they offered us an upgrade to a much more spacious car with full insurance included. The employee who helped us was very friendly.

For our NSW road trip, we chose No Birds car rental company. We rented a RAV4 for our 9-day trip and had a fantastic experience. First of all, the car was in good condition; although not a new model, both the interior and exterior were very new. Picking up and dropping off the car was quick and convenient. I highly recommend adding their full insurance at the counter; it's only AUD$15 per day, much more economical than other rental companies. In conclusion, I would definitely choose No Birds again next time.

For cars with less than 30,000 kilometers on the odometer, detailed photos and descriptions were provided when the car was delivered, and the information was very transparent and clear. The service personnel were also patient in answering all questions, including professional responses to any related issues that might arise while driving.
