Balicheng Ruins
The Nanhao is wider and deeper, about 7 meters deep, the upper mouth is 23.5 meters wide, and the bottom width is about 5-6 meters. The Xihao is shallower and about 4 meters deep. Outside the moat, there is an earth embankment to protect the whole city, which is 1-1.5 meters above the ground and about 12 meters wide. Harbin Drug Group Pharmaceutical Factory 6 is an old factory complex in Harbin, now a popular check-in spot dubbed the "Louvre of Northeast China." The main building, completed in 2004 with construction and decoration costs nearing CNY 100 million, bears a striking resemblance to France's Louvre, blending classical, Baroque, and Rococo European styles. Its exterior features intricate three-dimensional carvings and reliefs, with columns, doors, and windows each showcasing unique designs, creating a majestic vista from afar. Inside, the scene shifts dramatically: layers of golden ornaments adorn the space, and a massive crystal chandelier cascades from the upper floors to the second-floor hall. The corridors display European oil paintings and sculptures, earning it the playful nickname "Versailles of the Northeast." Harbin Sightseeing Cableway
Harbin Sightseeing Cableway starts from Tongjiang Square in the south and reaches Sun Island Scenic Area in the north. It spans the Songhua River and is a well-known sightseeing means of transportation. The total length of the cableway is 1,156 meters, and the cableway bracket in the middle of the river is more than 70 meters away from the river. Riding in the car can overlook the panoramic view of both sides of the Songhua River, and the scenery is endless. Harbin Sightseeing Cableway is one of Harbin's key projects that was built and constructed with a huge investment in 1997. It introduced equipment from the world's senior ropeway equipment company, Austrian Doppelmayr Company, and ranks among the high-end international ropeways today. The cableway is adjacent to Stalin Park, the Flood Control Memorial Tower, and Central Street. It is like a jade belt that closely connects the two sides of the Songhua River. You can choose between a boat tour and a train tour in the scenic area. It is recommended to take a large loop boat tour, where you can watch flocks of birds flying on the water and on the island, which is extremely shocking. Then you can take a train around the island to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the wetland park.

It was fun and I think it should be safe. After getting the ticket, you have to go to the starting point about 6 or 7 kilometers away. You need to prepare dry clothes for changing. Waterproof mobile phone bags are sold on site. There is a dressing room at the end where you can take a shower. You need to take a bus back to the starting point for 10 yuan per person. Overall it's good.

This is definitely worth a visit. Even in the freezing winter, the surrounding scenery is very beautiful. This is the characteristic of the north. It is very suitable for taking photos here on snowy days!

One of the best attractions in Suihua City, it's very large, with fresh air, many forest trails, fitness equipment, and numerous squares. There's a large lotus pond and a tower, but unfortunately, I didn't get to the base of the tower. There are many animals, including miniature horses, and an amusement park. Many cycling enthusiasts frequented it. Admission is free. Unfortunately, there's no direct bus; you have to take a taxi. On the way back, ride-hailing services were scarce; I waited half an hour before someone accepted my order. It's actually very close to the train station, only a little over 3 kilometers away. Tourism in Suihua seems underdeveloped and neglected; the restrooms at the attractions were particularly dirty and rudimentary.

Finally checked out Harbin Ice and Snow World! It's absolutely stunning, a true ice and snow fairytale kingdom! ✨ The ice sculptures are crystal clear, and the super ice slide is thrilling and exhilarating. Although it was very cold, the beautiful scenery and fun were totally worth it. Highly recommended, definitely a worthwhile trip!

It is really worth going. The architectural style of Lin Feng's former residence is a typical northeastern residential building. The former residence faces south and has seven main rooms, five east and west wing rooms, and an antique gatehouse with flying eaves and arches. The gate is majestic. A pair of lions carved with black jade stand on both sides of the gate, which further highlights the majesty of the former residence. There is an ear room on each side of the gatehouse. There is an 18-meter-long screen wall between the main room and the gate. In front of the main room and between the east and west wing rooms are four large and two small flower beds surrounded by spruce. There are dozens of pine trees planted around the walls of the former residence. In winter, the green pines and white snow are particularly spectacular; in summer, flowers are in full bloom, and the pines and willows are dripping with green, which forms a beautiful scenery with the simplicity, tranquility, and ancient fragrance of the former residence.

After visiting the Tiger Park, we took a taxi to Sun Island and then prepared to take the cable car back to our hotel across the river. Since it was a weekday, there weren't many tourists, and we got on without queuing. When the cable car reached its highest point, the panoramic view of Sun Island, the Songhua River, and the city was breathtaking. We even saw a flock of seagulls! A trip to Harbin definitely includes taking the cross-river cable car at least once.
