Car Rentals
For driving in Phuket, we recommend renting a small car or compact car. They offer greater agility on narrow city roads and make parking more convenient.
Airport transfer
In regions where child seats are mandatory, you can rent them from the supplier. To find out if child seats are available in regions where they are not mandatory, please check the booking page.
When selecting a vehicle, please note that each child seat takes up 1.5 regular seats.

Our driver arrived early! He assisted with our luggages and we had ample space in the van.
The car is new and in good condition, and the staff provided excellent service.
The service was great! The driver is so friendly and I feel safe even it is my forst time in that country with a very comfortable and clean car. I will surely book with you again with my next trip!
The car was quite old, but acceptable considering the price. The staff provided excellent service.
Fantastic airport transfer experience! Clean car, courteous driver who handled our luggage with care, and smooth driving all the way to Ximending. On-time and professional. Highly recommended!
The car is in overall good condition. There's a small dent under the front skirt, but it's not a problem. The staff took photos and explained everything clearly before we received the car. We purchased insurance on-site directly from the broker. We upgraded from a City to a Civic. The car had a full tank of gas upon pickup and again upon departure. The service was excellent throughout. Pick-up and return were easy and hassle-free, as long as all our documents were correct. It was very convenient for short trips. After returning the car, we just waited for the insurance refund to be credited to our credit card. We would definitely use their service again.
Very good and driver well mannered
They upgraded the car as well. The shop stays open late, which is very convenient for people traveling on late-night flights.
The ride was great, our assigned driver was punctual and even sent a message the night before our scheduled trip of 7am the ff day, this exceeded our expectations since the platform's info was we will be receiving a chat from the driver at 5am the day of the trip. Receiving the chat the night before was very assuring. We also consider this a commendable option to us since it was cheaper that sending our luggage that would cost at least P2,000 more with our currency. (Luggage delivery costs P7,000 plus for 2 luggages) It was very convenient and our ride was very smooth. You mqy want to check this airport transfer offered by trip.com for your Nagoya trip and other trips. Just remember to follow the advice of the platform to remain the conversation in the platform and avoid outside means of communication. Hope this could help.
Easy car pickup, new and clean car, good service, short waiting time.
Kim Young-bin was an excellent driver. He took his time to message me via WhatsApp so we can have direct communication. He actually wanted to arrive earlier than scheduled, but we had to beg off to maximize the time we had left in Korea. But when our scheduled time came, he still arrived 15 minutes early, which was impressive. He helped us with our luggage and gave us time to do our last-minute washroom breaks before heading out for our 1.5hours drive to the airport. The ride was smooth and not once did I notice that we were overspeeding--in fact, he was a careful driver and I observed him maintaining a safe distance from other vehicles on the expressway throughout our journey. And when we arrived at the airport, he chose a drop-off point where we could comfortably disembark without hurrying or obstructing other vehicles. He was also very courteous and we did not have any communication issues as he spoke English well. He bid us goodbye very politely, too. Thank you, Kim Young-bin!
The rental process was smooth, and the car was clean and ready on time. The staff were professional, making pickup and drop-off completely hassle-free. A reliable service that I would gladly use again.
Very easy and convenient experience. Friendly and accommodating. 10/10!
Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, but the car was a bit old, though still acceptable. It was fuel-efficient and the rental was cheap. I will definitely rent it again next time I travel!
It was such a nice experience, on time and very safe. Driver is also friendly
Driving in Phuket is very comfortable; the roads are simple, it's not hot, and it's much cheaper than taking a taxi locally. It's also easier to find good restaurants. The vehicle is clean, a large one, and very convenient for getting around.
The driver, huangfeilong was so kind and helpful. The drive way back to the airport was pleasant and we really liked his company. Thank you for the great service!
We arrived earlier and then approached the TS counter. The staff was very nice and friendly. Our paperwork was processed faster than at another branch (it was our second time with TS in a week). The car was great and clean, and we appreciated the good hospitality.
