The ride was great, our assigned driver was punctual and even sent a message the night before our scheduled trip of 7am the ff day, this exceeded our expectations since the platform's info was we will be receiving a chat from the driver at 5am the day of the trip. Receiving the chat the night before was very assuring. We also consider this a commendable option to us since it was cheaper that sending our luggage that would cost at least P2,000 more with our currency. (Luggage delivery costs P7,000 plus for 2 luggages) It was very convenient and our ride was very smooth. It was a bit disappointing that I didn't get the car I wanted when I made the reservation. It seemed like I received a model from about five years ago, but there were no issues with the car itself. The staff were generally friendly. However, the attitude of the employee who mentioned that the cost was too low during the return process was regrettable.

The vehicle has over 90,000 parking spaces, but is in excellent condition and has plenty of power. Picking up and returning it at the airport is very convenient. Group chat in Chinese is available for communication. It has L1 cruise control. This time, it seated four people, and there was room for an extra 5-6 large pieces of luggage.

We contacted them via WhatsApp. We picked up and returned the car directly at the departure area on the 4th floor of the airport. The process was very simple, and ETC was provided.
