Chinese fishing nets are located near the sea in the north of Cochin, India. It is said that it was a unique fishing method that was introduced here when Zheng He went to the Western Ocean. The fishing net is sunk in the sea and can be lifted at any time using the principle of leverage. Local fishermen still use this net to make a living. The shore of the fishing net is a small market, mainly aquatic products, where you can eat delicious seafood. It is also good to watch the sunset here, and the fishing nets are particularly beautiful in the sunset.India · Kochi

St. Francis Church is located in Cochin, southern India. It was built by the Portuguese in 1503 and is the oldest church in India. The great navigator da Gama died in Cochin in 1524 and was buried here, and later moved to Lisbon, where his tombstone remains. The whole church is very simple, revealing vicissitudes and primitiveness. The frescoes on the ceiling of the church are very exquisite and have high artistic value.India · Kochi

Fort Kochi (Fort Kochi) is a waterfront area in the western part of the city of Kochi, Kerala state, India, adjacent to Mattancherry. Before colonial times, Cochin was just a fishing village. In 1503, because Alfonso de Albuquerque helped the native king defeat Calicut, the native king gifted the waterfront area of what is now Fort Kochi to the Portuguese to protect their commercial interests. The Portuguese established settlements behind the fort. They also built a wooden church, which was rebuilt as a permanent building in 1516, today known as St. Francis Xavier. Portugal owned Fort Cochin for 160 years. The Dutch captured Fort Cochin from the Portuguese in 1683, destroying many Portuguese institutions, especially Catholic monasteries. The Netherlands owned Fort Cochin for 112 years until Britain defeated the Netherlands in 1795. Foreign control of Fort Kochi ended with Indian independence in 1947. The area is a mixture of old Portuguese, Dutch and British colonial houses.India · Kochi

On the beach of Cochin, India, the Chinese fishing net is a tourist attraction. It is said that the Chinese came here to teach the locals during the ancient Maritime Silk Road. However, the fishing net now looks very simple, and the locals manage it poorly. It looks dirty, and the surrounding environment is not very good. On the raft on the shore, a group of locals will show you how to use the fishing net. You only need to pay a little tip, but after getting on, there are a group of dark-skinned locals, which always makes you feel scared.

20221027 All Day: 1. "Yuhe Hall" is located in the 5A scenic spot "Daming Lake". Daming Lake is one of the three major historical sites in Jinan. It is formed by the confluence of many springs. It has a long history and is home to the footprints, allusions, poems and buildings of celebrities from all dynasties. The parking lot and transportation around the lake are well connected and free to enter. The scenery is most beautiful during the lotus season from June to September. At present, the lotus has withered and the lake has lost a touch of pink. 2. Daming Lake was first seen in the "Lishui Pond" in "Shui Jing Zhu" by Li Daoyuan of the Northern Wei Dynasty more than 1,600 years ago. It was also called "Lianzi Lake" in the Tang Dynasty. Zeng Gong, one of the "Eight Great Masters of Tang and Song Dynasties", called it "West Lake" and "North Lake". It was not until the Jin Dynasty writer Yuan Haowen called it Daming Lake in "Jinan Travel Notes" that it has been used to this day. Before the Western Jin Dynasty, Daming Lake was very wide. It was not until the Yongjia period (307-313) of the Western Jin Dynasty that the city wall was built to divide the lake and form its current size. The expansion project after 2000 has increased the water surface area to the current 57.7 hectares and the land area to 45.7 hectares. The average water depth is 2-3 meters. The bottom of the lake is impermeable igneous rock that cannot flow down. In addition, the construction of the drainage system has made the lake water level very stable in both drought and flood seasons. 3. On the south side of the "Lotus God Temple" is the "Yuhe Hall", a water viewing room surrounded by a stone bridge, which is currently a teahouse.
