China Dinosaur Park is a large-scale amusement park with dinosaur culture as its theme. It is a one-stop tourist resort integrating science, entertainment, performances, accommodation and shopping. It is known as the "Oriental Jurassic". The park currently has seven theme areas, more than 50 extreme amusement projects, and various themed performances every day. It takes tourists back to the ancient and mysterious Jurassic era. As the landmark building of the China Dinosaur Park, the appearance of the China Dinosaur Museum fully utilizes the bionic architectural technique. From a distance, it seems that three dinosaurs are whispering with their heads raised high, and a plump and huge dinosaur body presents a freehand shape, which outlines the exhibition, entertainment and popular science space of the dinosaur museum. The total area of the museum is more than 20,000 square meters. The highest point of the dragon head is 71 meters, and the highest point of the dome of the museum is 36 meters. There are five main halls and six auxiliary halls in the China Dinosaur Museum. The main hall includes the atrium, exhibition hall, landscape hall, sightseeing hall and film and television hall; the auxiliary halls include the entrance hall, VIP reception hall, academic lecture hall, spare exhibition hall, roof garden, Souvenir sales house and other spaces. Each hall is connected through a logical route. Taking the history of biological evolution as the design background, the main line of the conception of dinosaurs from survival, reproduction, evolution to destruction is highlighted, revealing the profound theme that life and environment are interdependent, and humans must protect ecology and environment. Park Distribution: The Dinosaur Park is divided into the China Dinosaur Museum, Lubula, Kuksuk Grand Canyon, Magic Rainforest, Dream Manor, Adventure Port, and Crazy Dinosaur. The China Dinosaur Museum is the core venue for displaying dinosaur culture; the thrilling mechanical amusement projects are mainly in Kuksuk and Lubula. Exciting rides: Numerous high-altitude mechanical amusement projects make this place a great choice for thrill seekers: you can sit on the high-altitude swing project "Crazy Fire Dragon Drill" to experience a strong sense of weightlessness; or climb up the "Tower of Babel" to seek the thrill of a sudden drop from the air; there is also a 4D roller coaster that allows you to experience the thrill of extreme speed and flying in one second. Leisure activities: There are also relaxing and leisure activities in the park. You can visit a variety of Chinese dinosaur fossils in the China Dinosaur Museum, where you will learn about dinosaur culture. You can also participate in less thrilling amusement projects, such as the "Brontosaurus Roller Coaster", which allows you to find joy in a slightly tense environment; you can also watch musicals, magic shows, and real-life stunt performances in different venues. Water World and Night Park: Jurassic Water World brings you a refreshing and cool experience throughout the summer. The classic water projects will make you forget the heat of the whole summer. The cool water play experience will let you release all your passion. The hot performances will ignite every cell in your body. Let the children enjoy an unforgettable summer vacation. You can still play most of the projects at night. You can also experience the excitement of the giant water slide and the 30-meter impact skateboard in the water world, and you can also start a water battle in the giant water fortress (you need to buy tickets for the water world separately).Changzhou · 31.5 km from Jingjiang

Jiaoxi Ancient Townis a core calling card among the ancient towns of Jiangnan, defined by its residential building complex featuring yellow stone half-walls. Amidst the Jiangnan water town scenery of white walls and black tiles, Jiaoxi's residences boldly utilize the unique whole yellow stones from local mountains, stacked on the lower half of the walls, while the upper part is still built with blue bricks, creating a unique style full of visual impact. To truly experience the soul of Jiaoxi, you cannot overlook its flavors. The long-renowned signature delicacies such as Jiaoxi Mutton and Zao Kou Rou are famous far and wide. Today, Jiaoxi is embracing a new posture with the concept of a community-based ancient town. Through careful protection, restoration, and revitalization, old buildings like the former Chengyue Residence have transformed into the Jiaoxi Memory Hall, which carries nostalgic memories and has added modern aesthetic spaces such as music book bars and traditional Chinese music workshops. When the sunlight after the rain shines on the yellow stone half-walls, time warmly condenses here. This ancient settlement, nourished by the wisdom of ancestors and the warmth of human life, is safeguarding history while leaving endless room for imagination for the new stories of Jiangnan.Changzhou · 21.1 km from Jingjiang

The Bund is located along the Huangpu River, stretching approx. 1.5 km in length. As a symbolic attraction of Shanghai, it features a diverse collection of international architectural styles and the stunning night view of the Huangpu River as its highlights. The Bund stands with dozens of classical revival buildings in diverse styles, including the renowned Bank of China building, Shanghai Peace Hotel, Customs House, and HSBC building, recreating the former glory of the "Wall Street of the Far East." Surprisingly, these structures were neither designed by the same architect nor built in the same period, yet they possess a unique harmonious beauty. The Bund showcases various architectural styles, such as French classical, French chateau, and Gothic, which are significant historical sites and representative buildings of modern China, forming a stunning scenic line along the Huangpu River. As night falls, the neon lights on both banks illuminate the sky. Board a Huangpu River cruise or ferry and glide along the river, feeling the gentle breeze. On one side is The Bund, a witness to historical development, while on the other stands Lujiazui, Shanghai's modern landmark. The graceful silhouette of Waibaidu Bridge offers a fresh perspective to admire the beauty of this vibrant metropolis.China · Shanghai

West Lake

West Lake is undoubtedly the epitome of Hangzhou's beauty. The famous "Ten scenes of West Lake" surround its shores, where nature and culture complement each other, forming the core area of Hangzhou tourism. You don't need to visit every attraction - instead, spend half a day or a full day strolling along the lake. However you choose to enjoy it, the experience will surely lift your spirits. West Lake is the core attraction of Hangzhou, surrounded by clouds and mountains on three sides and the city on one side. The Su Causeway and Bai Causeway stretch across the lake, dividing it into several water areas. The lakeside scenery is highlighted by the "Ten Scenes of West Lake" from the Southern Song Dynasty, along with the later "New Ten Scenes" and "Three Additional Scenes," featuring over a hundred attractions along the shore and mountains. Pavilions, temples, pagodas, gardens, causeways, and islands complement the distant mountains and nearby waters, while legends like the Broken Bridge where Lady White Snake met Xu Xian add a layer of storytelling to the landscape. West Lake extends east from Songmuchang in Hangzhou and the north of Baolu Road turning to Shaoniangong Square, passing Baisha Road, Huancheng West Road, Hubin Road, and Nanshan Road to the south of Wansong Ridge, covering all attractions including Wu Mountain, Ziyang Mountain, and Yunju Mountain. To the south, it stretches from Gulou along the eastern foothills of Wu Mountain, Ziyang Mountain, and Yunju Mountain, passing Fengshanmen and Fenghuangshan Road, then following the West Lake water diversion channel to the north bank of the Qiantang River, turning to the Coral Sand Reservoir and ending north of Liufangling. To the west, it runs from Liufangling, Zhugan Mountain, Jiuqu Ridge, and Mingren Ridge to Meiren Peak, Beigaofeng, Lingfeng Mountain, and east of the ridge line of Laohe Mountain. To the north, it follows the foothills of Laohe Mountain (west wall of Zhejiang University), turns 30 m north of Qingzhiwu Road, connects to Yugu Road, Zhejiang University Road, and Shuguang Road, ending south of Songmuchang. West Lake has over 100 attractions, renowned for its "Ten scenes of West Lake", "New ten scenes of West Lake" and "Three reviews · Ten scenes of West Lake". West Lake overview You can explore West Lake on foot, by cruise, on electric bikes, via self-drive, or by riding. Among these, electric bikes are the most convenient and effortless option, with hop-on-hop-off sightseeing vehicles circling the entire lake. Riding along the lakeshore is romantic and leisurely, with many public bike rental spots available. For a boat tour, there are nearly 10 docks around the lake offering various vessels and routes. We highly recommend taking a cruise to Three Pools Mirroring the Moon at the lake center while enjoying the scenic views. Alternatively, you can hail a hand-rowed boat for a more flexible experience with a boatman guiding your tour. North line scenery The north shore of West Lake gathers quite a few attractions, usually starting from the remnant snow on broken bridge at the northeast corner and heading west all the way to Yuewang Temple. You can walk along Bai Causeway to Solitary Hill, visiting cultural attractions like Xiling Seal Engravers' Society, Zhejiang Provincial Museum, Chinese Seal Art Museum, and Zhongshan Park's Crane Pavilion. Enjoy authentic West Lake vinegar fish at Louwailou Restaurant, then cross Xiling Bridge to leave the island - Yuewang Temple and Breeze-ruffled lotus at Quyuan Garden are just a short distance away. If it's a summer day with strong sunlight, it is recommended to stroll along Beishan road, hiding under the dense shade of trees to admire the curve of Broken bridge and the swaying weeping willows on Bai causeway opposite. There are many entrances along the way leading to Precious stone hill, where you can hike for views, and descend to reach Yuewang temple. Yuewang square has many small shops for snacks, and the Impression West Lake show here in the evening is also worth watching. If you have ample time and energy, you can also head to Su causeway from here for a walk to enjoy the panoramic view of West Lake. Southeast coast (Lakeside-Nanshan Road) Another area with a concentration of attractions is the Hubin Road-Nanshan Road along the southeastern coast. Hubin Road is located at the junction between Hangzhou's urban area and the attraction, offering views of West Lake, a dock for West Lake cruises, and the iconic music fountain. The advantage of Hubin Road is its quick access from the attraction to the downtown business district, making it suitable for travelers with a tight itinerary to make a short stop. Head south from Hubin road and walk along Nanshan road, where you can visit attractions like Orioles singing in the willows, Long bridge, Leifeng pagoda, Evening bell at Nanping hill, and Viewing fish at flower harbor. The distance between adjacent attractions is not far, so you can walk or take a sightseeing bus or public transport, which are also convenient. You can arrange a day to visit a few of them according to your preference. Among them, Leifeng pagoda and Evening bell at Nanping hill can be visited in the evening. Listening to the bell at Jingci temple and overlooking the night view of West lake from Leifeng pagoda are both great experiences.China · Hangzhou

Tai Hu Yuantouzhu Scenic Spot is a peninsula in northern Lake Tai, named for its resemblance to a turtle raising its head. Here you can explore expansive garden complexes, cruise across Lake Tai's misty waters, discover hidden wonders on Taihu Fairy Island, or admire cherry blossoms in spring - truly experiencing why it's called "the finest spot of Lake Tai".Tai Hu Yuantouzhu Scenic Spotthe artistic conception. Every spring, the spectacular cherry blossom display becomes a major attraction here, complemented by the lively cherry blossom festival. Tai Hu Yuantouzhu Scenic Spot in Wuxi is surrounded by water on three sides, offering both the natural beauty of vast lakes dotted with sailing boats and the idyllic charm of rural landscapes with small bridges and flowing streams. It showcases the most breathtaking scenery of Taihu Lake. Taihu Fairy Island isTai Hu Yuantouzhu Scenic SpotMust-experience highlights include the Taoist celestial palace and grotto statues blending Taoist and Buddhist elements. Ascending Luding Mountain on the peninsula offers panoramic views of the lakeside greenery, with graceful boat silhouettes visible on sunny days, showcasing Taihu Lake's vast beauty. As a premier cherry blossom destination, Tai Hu Yuantouzhu Scenic Spot offers two unique experiences: first, a "land-water-air" panoramic viewing approach, and second, enchanting night blossoms illuminated by artistic lighting. The early cherry blossoms here typically bloom in early March, featuring mostly single or semi-double petals. Blossoms are categorized by season - early varieties last about one week from first bloom to petal fall, while late varieties bloom for 7–10 days. Temperature variations create 5–12 day gaps between these phases, when hybrid varieties flourish. The iconic Somei Yoshino cherries usually reach peak bloom in mid-to-late March (optimal viewing period), though exact timing depends on weather conditions - cold snaps may delay this floral spectacle. Summer is the perfect time to admire beautiful lotus blossoms. Tai Hu Yuantouzhu Scenic Spot in Wuxi features numerous historical sites and private gardens built by former elites, including Hengyun Villa with its "Finest Spot of Tai Lake" archway and Changchun Bridge, as well as Wuxi's ancient temples.Guangfu TempleMoreover, savoring the traces left by literati and artists throughout history—such as inscriptions, calligraphy, and paintings scattered throughout the site—adds another layer to your visit.Tai Hu Yuantouzhu Scenic SpotOne of the great pleasures here. If time permits, don't miss Wanlang Bridge - it's the perfect spot to catch a stunning sunset over Lake Tai. The Chongshan Gate (main entrance, located in the southeast of the attraction) at Tai Hu Yuantouzhu Scenic Spot in Wuxi serves as both entrance and exit, while the Dushan Gate (northern section) is exit-only. The attraction primarily consists of Yuantouzhu Peninsula and Taihu Fairy Island.Zhongdu MountainIt consists of multiple attractions, which typically take a full day to explore. For most visitors, we recommend the highlights tour:Cruise pier- Taihu Fairy Island - The Finest Scenery of Taihu Lake - Hengyun Villa -Spring Tides at Turtle Head-Guangfu Temple- Luding Hill.Wuxi · 51.6 km from Jingjiang

Huishan Ancient Town is situated to the north of Xihui park in Wuxi, and is made up of many old ancestral halls. Construction of the cluster of ancestral halls began in the Tang dynasty and flourished in the Ming and Qing dynasties. Most of the ones we see now are Qing dynasty ancestral halls. More than 80 family names are represented in these ancestral halls, so it's worth visiting and finding about your ancestors. Moreover, Wuxi clay figurines from the town make good souvenirs, and the local food is also worth trying. In addition, Huishan Ancient Town is encircled by a north-south horizontal street and an east-west vertical street. At the eastern end of the vertical street, there is a large screen wall on which four big Chinese characters saying "Huishan Ancient Town" are inscribed.Wuxi · 44.7 km from Jingjiang

On the first day of the Lunar New Year, climb Fragrant Hills Meiling to explore the plum blossoms. The entire Fragrant Hills scenic area is divided into two parts: Meiling and the lake. The scenic area is beautiful, with gentle mountain slopes and well-constructed trails. Whether it is a stone slab road or a wooden boardwalk, it is very suitable for leisurely hiking and is also very friendly to the elderly and children.

Jiaoxi Ancient Town is like a melodious pastoral poem, telling the warmth of time. The ancient bridge lies across, the stream gurgles, and the white walls and black tiles are scattered in an orderly manner. Walking on the bluestone road and touching the mottled old walls, it seems that you can hear the echo of history. This place is quiet and simple, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but full of fireworks. Whether it is under the warm spring sun or in the drizzle, Jiaoxi Ancient Town exudes a unique charm that makes people intoxicated and nostalgic.

This is the most worthwhile place to visit during the Spring Festival. Because during the holiday, you can drive directly to the visitor center in places where parking is impossible, and then go straight in to enter the scenic area. In the evening, many snack shops and restaurants are open, so you can eat and drink anything you can't find during the Spring Festival. There's also a musical fountain show and a sky lantern releasing activity for blessings in the evening. These sky lanterns cost 50 yuan each, and you can watch others release them – the effect is fantastic! There are also lantern and dragon lantern parades in the evening.

My second visit to West Lake was great; the boat tour was excellent. The dock was easy to find, the staff were very friendly, provided clear explanations, and helped with any issues. There were also sightseeing buses, which were nice but a bit pricey. Taking the boat tour and then walking around was both perfectly fine.

It's pretty good, quite fun. It's a small island, quite large, with many Buddha statues and other attractions, but climbing the mountain can be a bit tiring. You have to take a boat to get there, so it might not be the most exciting part, but it's still a nice place to relax alone on the weekend.

This last-minute hotel booking perfectly met all my needs: excellent cleanliness, attentive service, and a superb location. I'll definitely book this hotel every time I visit this city; I won't choose another one. The smart home control system was incredibly convenient; I could adjust the lighting and curtains without getting up. The housekeeping staff even tidied up our messy charging cables while cleaning. A perfect stay; I'll definitely book again. The location is amazing—a three-minute walk to the subway station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast selection was more varied than expected, and the local specialties were authentic and very satisfying. The bedding was soft and fluffy, ensuring a great night's sleep. The front desk service was incredibly attentive; they offered warm lemon water upon arrival. The soundproofing was far superior to other hotels in the same price range; even facing the street, we couldn't hear any noise, allowing us to sleep soundly. Traveling with elderly relatives and children, the staff thoughtfully arranged a room on a lower floor and even lent the children non-slip slippers—such thoughtful details! Before check-in, we received detailed directions from the staff, including a list of nearby restaurants and shopping spots, so we didn't need to do any planning ourselves. The receptionist proactively upgraded us to a river-view room; opening the window revealed a shimmering river view – a truly delightful surprise. The bathroom had a well-designed wet and dry separation, and the hot water came out quickly with good pressure, so showering in winter wasn't freezing at all. The room was spotless, with no dust in any corners, which was very reassuring. There's a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, and it's close to a popular food street, so shopping and dining are effortless and convenient. The value for money exceeded our expectations; for around 100 RMB, the experience was far better than many hotels I've stayed in that cost 300-400 RMB.
