I booked a one-way bus transfer service from Jiuzhaigou to Huanglong Jiuzhaigou, and I received the driver's contact information via email around 5 PM the day before. When I used other products, I usually received a notification via WeChat, so I had to wait until 9 PM to check my email just in case. It would have been better if the product description had stated that notifications would be sent via email. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything else.Trip.com picks
