This trip was booked quite late because my travel companion only confirmed the trip very late. The booking and travel processes went smoothly, the only slightly unsatisfactory part was the visa application process. Although the visa application hall was open at noon, there were almost no customer service staff, making all customers who went during their lunch break wait for a full hour. It wasn't until 1 pm, after the customer service staff had finished their lunch break and returned, that the counters gradually became more available. Regarding the trip itself, the hotel and Thai Airways flights were satisfactory, but the layovers were quite tiring; in the future, I'll prefer direct flights.Trip.com picks
