Overall, it was good, and the service was okay. The water park facilities weren't always open. The hot springs in the wellness area were nice. The buffet was a bit simple; there was no beer or hot drinks, just carbonated soda. The hotel breakfast was average, not a five-star breakfast. There were many meetings in winter, so check-out took a little longer.

This trip to Angkor was very comfortable. I booked the hotels in advance through Ctrip, which was very convenient. I booked the Ohana Hotel in Phnom Penh and the Stung Hotel in Siem Reap. Both hotels were good and had good service. The only downside was that none of the hotels had staff who spoke Chinese, and their English was very poor, so we could only manage to get by.
