This is the second time to use Trip.com for free travel. Generally speaking, it is perfect. The customer service staff is very good, the efficiency of processing orders is very high, and it is quite satisfactory! But this time I traveled to Thailand, Trip.com I helped to book AirAsia planes in the form of charter flights. I notified the booking situation very late and could not provide the flight boarding number, so that the checked luggage could not be operated online, and more check-in fees were spent. I hope to pay attention in the future!

Ok, although it was a bit twists and turns when I first stayed in the hotel, the front desk of the hotel was very good and the problem was solved quickly, praise! Hotel environment facilities are good, but there are too many people living, breakfast is crowded, it is a bit difficult to find a seat later, breakfast is simply a 5-star noble feeling, just like in the vegetable market.
