Booking Taiwan High Speed Rail tickets using Trip is no problem and convenient. However, when I went to pick up my ticket at the Zuoying High Speed Rail station, a female staff member, having just finished serving another customer, immediately placed the handover tag on the counter. Then, when I went to another male staff member at a different counter, she immediately removed the tag and served the next customer. Her service attitude made me feel very uncomfortable.★

It's great that you can buy and reserve seats on a specific train in advance. Once you arrive at the station, all you have to do is pick up your ticket at the ticket office.★

I used this service for the following routes: Taipei-Tainan, Tainan-Chiayi, Chiayi-Tainan, and Tainan-Taipei. I was able to book online the first time, but after that I couldn't book online and had to book at the counter. Please be careful! I enjoyed the excitement of having stickers indicating my destinations attached to my ticket!Trip.com picks
