We were so glad that we booked this trip to travel between Lijiang and Shangri-la. We had already booked our accommodation in both places, and at first were considering to take the train, but we are so glad we chose this option instead. The driver picked us up from the hotel in Lijiang at 8am and we went to a local market for breakfast, which I had requested the day before. We arrived at our hotel in Shangri-La before 6pm. On the way we visited Tiger Leaping Gorge, witnessed the amazing scenery along the way and also visited Songzanlin Monastery on our arrival in Shangri-La. Jennifer our tour guide was really great. She is a local Naxi person, and told us a lot about Naxi culture and traditions and was really interesting to listen to, without being too talkative or giving information overload. She also left us to have some time on our own, and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. The whole pace was relaxing and stress free. Thankyou so much for a wonderful day!★

The first time I took the elderly to Lijiang and Shangri-La, the local air was very good. Although the temperature was cold and dry, the sun was warm during the day. The staff of the tour guide company contacted me with WeChat and introduced the tour guide Andy. He was familiar with the local attractions and introduced a lot of history, local culture and so on in English. Before leaving Shangri-La, remind us of the possible alpine reaction, pay attention and bring oxygen cylinders; According to our need to take us to the authentic, reasonable store, tour guide Andy for time management, communication with us is good and easy; also take care of the elderly, such as the car, the temperature of the car box, the speed is stable, etc. This journey is very happy and satisfied.★

I had an amazing experience visiting Tiger Leaping Gorge with Aether tours. Our tour guide Emily was very friendly and incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. She made sure everything was smooth and well organized.
A special thanks to our driver, 七林, who went above and beyond for us. He always arrived early, helped us with everything we needed，and even more! He assisted in buying tickets, helped us order food along the way to Shangri-La, and was always there when we needed support.
Really appreciate both Emily and 七林 for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!★

Worth your time and money. The tour is very well organize and thorough, you will never stress about the transportation as they will do it for you, the tour is just amazing especially if you have the same Guide (Jennifer) who is very knowledgeable and will answer your queries without fail. Thank you also to Mr Lai our driver who has kept us safe all throughout the journey.
